    Altaria's Revenge
I came here to show you one of my current teams. It is a decent one that I have been using on a proper and a non-proper way as player and it still gave really good results. As always, a player needs a second opinion and it would be good to find some people posting here. I hope you find this teams as a good tool to help you on some basic teambuilding too. Another important information is that this team belongs to the OR/AS OU Tier and is the most new version. Without any other introductions words, I will start talking you about the team.
    Introduction
The first thing that I can say is that it is based on a classic balanced team. I count with Walls (Chansey and Donphan), Hazzard Removal (Defog Latias), Hazzards (Stealth Rocks Donphan), Set Up Sweeper (Altaria-Mega), Cleric Support (Heal Bell and WIsh), Disarmer (Knock Off Bisharp and Donphan), Recovery Moves (Such as Roostr on Altaria and Wish from Chansey), Status (Thunder-Wave Chansey), Priority Moves (Sucker Punch Bisharp and Ice Shard Donphan), Hidden Power Support (Flying at Keldeo and Fire on Latias), Choice Item (Specs Keldeo) and other stuff that makes the team pretty balanced.
    The Team
    [IMG]
    Altaria @ Altarianite
    Ability: Natural Cure/Cloud Nine
    EVs: 232 Atk / 44 Def / 232 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Return/Frustration
    - Earthquake/Heal Bell
    - Roost/Fire Blast
    - Dragon Dance
    Set Up Sweeper Altaria (Physical).
    Moveset:

    • Return gets Fairy Type, Fairy Type gets STAB (1.5x extra damage) from Mega-Altaria (Dragon Fairy), Pixilate increase Return damage (1.3x damage) with this Return becomes Altaria's main move, because of the high potence. Earthquake is the coverage move to help against Steel, Fire and Poison Types. Roost is the recovery move (50% HP each time that is used). Dragon Dance is the set up move, increases attack (1.5x) and speed (1.5x) stats after being used.
    EV's Distribution

    • 232 Attack and 232 Speed since these stats will get the boost from Dragon Dance and I prefer to have some extra bulkiness (reason of why I put 44 Defense). 232 Attack and 232 Speed give a decent amount of extra points on the already mentioned stats to Altaria without affecting too much its purpose.
    Item

    • Altarianite for obvious reasons (to Megaevolve)
    Bisharp @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Defiant
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Sucker Punch
    - Knock Off
    - Iron Head/Pursuit/Low Kick
    - Low Kick/Swords Dance/Pursuit
    Fast Physical Sweeper Bisharp.
    Moveset:

    • Sucker Punch is a priority move that deals 80 base damage and gets STAB (1.5x extra damage) Knock Off is the greater dissarming method that deals an increased amount of damage if the user has an item (1.5x extra potence for the move 65->90) that also gets STAB (1.5x extra damage). Iron Head another move that gets STAB (1.5x extra damage) and is commonly seens as a Flinch method or Fairy killer . Low Kick deals more damage when heavier is the opponent, it is also really good to face Tyranitar and other Bisharps.
    EV's Distribution

    • 252 Attack and 252 Speed since it helps for the main purpose, hit before the opponent and deal a high amount of damage with its STAB moves (also help the disarming). The remaining 4 HP are there to help a little with the bulk.
    Item

    • Focus Sash helps to survive 0KO moves, that means that I can receive a Mach Punch from a Pokémon or a Faster opponent and deal damage with Knock Off while I disarm my opponent.
    Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
    Bold Nature
    - Seismic Toss
    - Heal Bell
    - Wish/Soft-boiled
    - Thunder Wave/Toxic
    Cleric Supporter Chansey.
    Moveset:

    • Seismic Toss deal damage equal to Pokémon Level, tha idea of this is to slowly kill Special Offensive Pokémon. Wish recovers 50% HP, but 50% of the Pokémon that uses it, If you use it on Chansey and other Pokémon takes the Wish, this last one will get a great amount of Hp since Chansey is one the Pokémon with the most amount of HP in the game. Heal Bell removes all the status conditions from the team, it is really helpful because it helps A LOT if Altaria gets Burned. Thunder Wave sets status on the opponent, slows fast foes (decrease 50% its speed) that could be a menace and also you get the chance to gain a turn if your Pokémon gets paralyzed.
    EV's Distribution

    • 248 HP because it increase Chansey's durability and also the amount of HP that the Wish can give and 252 Defense to increase the poor physical defensive stat that Chansey has. The remaining 8 Special Defense are there to increase the special defense a bit more even if it is higher enought.
    Item

    • Eviolite increase Defense and Special Defense of non evolved Pokémon. It means that Chansey gets a boost of 50% on Physical and Special Defense.
    Donphan @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 168 HP / 176 Atk / 164 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Ice Shard/Stone Edge
    - Stealth Rock/Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off/Rapid Spin
    Physical Defensive/Offensive Donphan.
    Moveset:

    • Ice Shard is a priority move that hits really hard to foes like Landorus Therian, Shaymin and Mega Sceptile Knock Off is the greater dissarming method that deals damage. Stealth Rocks are the hazzards, actually the best ones since it deals 50% to important Pokémon like Talonflame and Volcarona . Earthquake is the main Offensive move that gets STAB (1.5x extra damage).
    EV's Distribution

    • 168 HP and 164 Defense are soemthing special that I did for this Donphan, gives enough HP and Defense to fulfill the requirements to keep being a Physical Wall. The remaining 176 Attack are there to help on the offensive side, this Donphan is even able to give 0KO to Azelf and Gengar using Knock Off.
    Item

    • Leftovers recovers 6% HP per turn, what increase Donphan's durability on the battlefield.

    Keldeo @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Secret Sword
    - Scald/Hydro Pump
    - Icy Wind
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    Choice Specs Keldeo
    Moveset:

    • Scald and Secret Sword are the main moves that get STAB (1.5x extra damage). Icy Wind is really important to face Pokémon that get x2 damagefrom Ice move, Dragon, Grass, Ground mostly, also is a really good help against those that receive x4 damage from Ice . Hidden Power [Flying] helps against Pokémon like Brellom and Venusaur (non Special Defensive) and acts as a coverage move like Icy Wind.
    EV's Distribution

    • 252 Special Attack and 252 Speed since it helps for the main purpose, hit before the opponent and deal a high amount of damage with its STAB moves (also help the disarming). The remaining 4 HP are there to help a little with the bulk.
    Item

    • Choice Specs increases Special Damage in a 50% with the condition of locking you on one move (who cares ). This item increase Keldeo's already high Special Damage to deal a really strong hit to even Pokémon that resist its Types.

    Latias (F) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
    - Psyshock
    - Defog/Roost
    - Hidden Power [Fire]/Energyball/Thunderbolt
    Offensive Support Latias
    Moveset:

    • Draco Meteor and Psychock are the main moves that get STAB (1.5x extra damage). Defog is really important to eliminate hazzards . Hidden Power [Fire] is for the coverage.
    EV's Distribution

    • 252 Special Attack and 252 Speed since it helps for the main purpose, hit before the opponent and deal a high amount of damage with its STAB moves. The remaining 4 Special Defense are there to help a little with the bulk.
    Item

    • Life Orb increases damage by 30% what is really good for its main STABs (Draco Meteor and Psyshocl), it also helps assuring that Hidden Power [Fire] will be dealing a good damage to Pokémon like Ferrothorn (Special Defensive one)
I have nothing to hide XD, Since the player makes the team and the team depends of the plays. Feel free to use it!
