Hey guys, it's [member='AuraKnight'], and welcome to another edition of my Amazing(ly small) Updates. Today we'll be discussing the possible new addition to the Pokken Character roster, as well as some revealing information on a Pokémon already in the game.

Let's start with the Pokken news. The official Pokken Tournament Twitter account made a post on December 1st stating that two new Pokémon will be revealed for Pokken, a fighter and a support Pokémon. Now, supports aren't all that interesting, but the fighters are, and we learned that the Pokémon will have the character ン (n) in it's name. A few days later, a leaked image was posted onto Serebii's main page, showing that the playable character may be Sceptile, who's name in Japanese is ジュカイン (Jukain). It also shows that the support Pokémon could be Electrode or Farfetch'd, or both. Electrode's name in Japanese is マルマイン (Marmain) and Farfetch'd's name is カモネギ (Kamonegi). Oddly Electrode also fits with the ン theme, but Farfetch'd does not, so it is likely that Electrode will fill that slot.

Now for that information on a fighter already in Pokken. This doesn't have anything to do with it's appearance in Pokken, but the Pokémon Daisuki Club has released some previously unknown information about Machamp and it's evolution line. The site states the following (taken from Bulbapedia)

"Osamu, a virtual instructor at the Gym, reveals that while Machop, Machoke and Machamp can spend their time in battles, they can also spend some time helping trainers work out. As shown in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire (and their remakes, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire), they can also help with moving a family from one house to another. They are also capable of lifting heavy objects for warehouse projects and construction. Plus, they can escort hosts (including their Trainers), and are modest with the women. And they can entertain trainers on special occasions, including birthdays."
"Sayaka, another instructor, not only informs us what we already know in their Pokédex entries (like how the belts around Machoke and Machamp's waists regulate their strengths), but also reveals some secrets about the three Superpower Pokémon, despite the facts that they share a rival relationship with the Timburr evolution family, that they compare the Geodude evolution family to dumbbells, and that they share the same moving experience with Vigoroth. What looks like a belt and a girdle that Machoke and Machamp are shown with is actually a natural skin marking. Plus, while some trainers can't tell the difference between males and females, they might take a closer look at the gender difference. And finally, while their Shiny colorations resemble that they've been tanning, they're still pretty valuable."

As we can see it's not anything too revealing, but there is a bit of interesting trivia in there to tell your friends!

That's all for this update, and I'll see you in the next one!
