Pokémon Glazed 🌈Rainbow Challenge🌈

Time for another run, this time a Rainbow Run!

Rules of the run:

I can only have one Pokémon of each color of the rainbow in my team at the time. These colors are
- Red
- Brown (replaces orange)
- Yellow
- Green
- Purple
- And I guess one wildcard? Not too sure about this one yet, maybe pink.

Also please note that as soon as Sun and Moon comes out for me too, I will put this thread on hold while I keep track of my experiences with those games (probably through blog posts but I'm not too sure yet).

Chapter 1: At least death isn't permanent anymore

Alright let's goooooooooo


Named my character Iris, because it's Greek for "rainbow", which is fitting.


This is it, the first thing you see when you enter the "amazing world of Pokémon". Apparently I like dwelling around in forests.

Some random guy walks by, says I'm from a different dimension, and takes me back to my original dimension???


I mean okay I don't know who you are and I have absolutely no reason to trust you but whatever.


Wait but wasn't I just in an alternate dimension? How do you... never mind.


Neat, so those are going to be my starter choices.


Or not, I mean whatever, I'll deal with it.

So, I have to make a choice here. Turtwig goes as green, Chimchar is brown, and Piplup, Shinx and Riolu are all blue. Also, all evolution forms stay in the same color, so that isn't relevant here. I don't want to waste my blue choice already, and Chimchar is one of the cooler starters, and besides, Fire types aren't exactly common, soooo...


I don't need your logic.

Aileana because the name is Scottish for "from the green meadow", so it fits.

Well that escalated quickly.

It's kind of a twist on the monocolor challenge, where you can only use Pokémon of one color. I thought this would make it a little bit more unique, perhaps not as challenging though, as type variety options are increased. There's a high probability someone else has done this before, but I thought of this challenge myself, so I guess I created it?
