In this thread, we're going to take a Pokémon or few that's not generally considered to be good or viable (i.e., RU/NU/PU), and improve it as much as we can by giving it one move. I'll start!

    Shelgon - Recover

I don't think this would take it quite to OU, but it'd give it some more viability with Eviolite... This one is a bit of a stretch.

    Klinklang- Earthquake
Klinklang has one of the most shallow movepools in coorelation to it's physical attack. The only 3 moves that can actually be used are Gear Grind, Wild Charge and Return. Giving it Earthquake would give it MASSIVE coverage against Fire types, Steel types and Electric types that resist Klinklang's stab.
Here are a few damage calcs with a Shift Gear setup

    +1 252+ Atk Klinklang Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 312-368 (107.2 - 126.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

    +1 252+ Atk Klinklang Earthquake vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Electivire: 312-368 (106.8 - 126%) -- guaranteed OHKO

    +1 252+ Atk Klinklang Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Pyroar: 294-346 (93.9 - 110.5%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO

    +1 252+ Atk Klinklang Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Steelix: 122-144 (34.4 - 40.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Fearow With Brave Bird, this thing has like no good Flying-type (one of its STABs) moves, that would help its meta A LOT.

"Fearow has decent offensive stats and Speed in conjunction with unique Ground coverage, but it fails to find its way onto teams due to being totally outclassed by Dodrio thanks to its lack of good Flying STAB and Knock Off." Smogon

    Shaymin - Fire Blast

Shaymin doesn't really have a great movepool to hit steel types all that well. If it had Fire Blast it could probably at least OHKO Scizor and Ferrothorn.

Whirlipede with Swords Dance. This may seem like a diet Scolipede, and it kinda of is. But it is bulkier, and gets even more so with Eviolite. Have SD, Iron Defense, Speed Boost, and then 2 attacks or one and rest. Or instead of Swords Dance, give it Nasty Plot. Then it can have HP Fire and Sludge Bomb. Neither would make it broken, but could make it a threat.
