How healthy is your country, generally? How does it stack up against other countries in the world?

I believe my country is very healthy overall. There are hospitals dotted all over the country, midnight General Practitioners, several certified doctors, health benefits and covers and many more. Sanitation in Australia is four point five stars (despite a few events such as pollution in areas and accidental sewerage deposition in rivers etc.), as it is a very clean country overall, especially in rural areas. The outback even has a royal flying doctor/hospital, so they are fine. We don't have to pay for emergency surgeries thanks to Medicare, though planned surgeries need payment.

Many people exercise and are on healthy diets, and overweight people have access to many cheap remedies to help them where needed. The growing availability and cheap price of fast foods has influenced the health of many average people, because many fast food chains are the only means of food for many.

Some minor drawbacks include corrupt doctors who lie to their patients... there have been quite a few times on the news where such cases were reported. But the news only shows what they want us to see so... Other negatives affecting Australia's overall health factor include harsh work - Australia is a very expensive country to live in, forcing people to work harder that induces stress-related problems as a result.

Overall, I believe Australia is a healthy country, especially for those who live outside urban suburbs due to easy access to hospitals and cheapness of medicine. However, if you're in the middle of a trekking journey in the nature, being bitten by a deadly spider is not an ideal thing...

The US is very unhealthy, either too many false foods and the cheaper foods are unhealthy or that there is a terrible standard for women to be perfect and small waisted with large busts. Overall there are a lot of sick and twisted ways this country runs its health standards.

Canada is like US v2, not very healthy at all, just in this city alone there's so many fast food joints.

My country is fairly healthy, I think Denmark is rated 16th healthiest country in the world or at least on the list I found. Sadly I got a feeling we'll drop because America ways are popping up fast and more and more American food finds its way to my country. The list I looked over rated Iceland as the healthiest country in the world very fasinating.

Pretty much this. Maybe a bit healthier overall than the US because access to care is definitely much easier and our population is around a tenth the size. but very similar with regards to habits. Like a scaled down US.

Everyone know American isn't the healthiest. Obesity, cancer, etc, but you know what?
There are other perfectly healthy people out of the American pool, so I would say it's evenish.
