There are tons of dark Pokédex entries, but I have to say that Palossand has a dark one: "Buried beneath the castle are massed of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained." Palossand is basically hoarding bodies. Imagine if that was a friend that was buried under a sentient sandcastle. You're not seeing them again...
