Own made up slang words?

I don't know where it came from, but our family at one point started to use the word 'fang' when we wanted someone to hand us something.

e.g. - "Can you fang me the orange juice?"

As well as that, I refer to goats as 'meh mehs' because of the noise they make. That made our trip to Nepal all the more interesting when I saw goats everywhere and felt the need to point them out to everyone.

 

I constantly take words from Rap songs and misinterpret what the rapper said. Then it becomes a slang for me. xD

 

We call anyone we don't want to talk about "Voldamorte" at my house.

We call a sandwhich a "Sammich"

We call dog you know what as landmines.

Anytime someone farts we blame it on the barking spiders.

We call white castle sliders "belly bombers"

And anytime someone goes overboard and does something way over the top we call it "jumping the shark"

None of these are made up but we use them all the time.

 

Not currently but I made one up when I was a kid. My little sister used to pester and bug me constantly growing up, and when I was something like 4 I took to calling her a "bluder". It pretty much meant the same thing as "irritating asshole" but I didn't have such words at that point to accurately describe how much she annoyed me so I made up my own. Used to call her a "little bluder" all the time. My family knew what I meant by it. It's just something we laugh about now.

One term me and my friends use that i made up is 'psyciopath', which is basically a fusion of psychopath and sociopath. Why did we make it? Easy answer: because we were too lazy to say both words. Hard answer: You don't want to know WHY we don't want to say both words.
