Ok... maybe we have more than just a small idea. Nortuen and I (Houndoom17) have thought up some ideas for a new Pokémon game. I typed it up and drew up a map... now all we need is someone to create the hack itself. If you could, i would pay a million pokepoints (if i had that many) for it. Anyways... here's what we got for Pokémon: Caves of Seclusion

    Pokémon: Caves of Seclusion Version

Deep under the Unova region, there resides an underground community built up throughout four layers of tunnels. Despite its location in Unova, this community is completely cut off from the outside world. The one and only exit from the cave system lies hidden within the entralink. The guardians of the exit call themselves the elite four. These four are champions of the caves, and ensure that nothing, Pokémon or person, gets past them. Before their existence, people and Pokémon traversed freely between the two. Their reform to the society shut out the caves and they were forgotten forever. As new species formed within the caves or the upper region, they no longer could interchange between the two places. The "elite four" also ensured a complete halt in developments; the caves stayed in their own ways while the upper region continued to grow and develop new technology. People of the caves worship a statue of regirock located on the stone floor.
The caves, despite the fact that its seclusion brings less new Pokémon, still contains a fairly wide variety. The three levels are the levels of stone, frost, and metal. The caves also contain a fourth level, which is a lake. Some levels contain Pokémon unique to its environment, while other Pokémon are found in all four.
Pokémon commonly found everywhere include onix, geodude, roggenrola, larvitar, machop, zubat, woobat, and meinfoo.
Unique to the rocky level are baltoy, trapinch, gible, rhyhorn, digglet, ekans, sandshrew, spinarak, joltik, grimer, makuhita, numel, and sandile.
Unique to the icy level are swinub, snorunt, cubchoo, sneasel, vanillite, and spheal (also lake).
Unique to the steel level are mawile, klink, beldum, aron, pineco, durant, drilbur, tynamo, deino, and bronzor.
Unique to the lake are poliwag, seel, omanyte, kabuto, krabby, corphish, buizel, tympole, ducklett, wooper, chinchou, and lapras.
Other unique features to the caves include a forest of stone trees (and sudowoodos), an ancient temple filled with Pokémon like vulpix and litwick, frillish pond, the great ravine, the great waterfall, and obviously the various towns scattered throughout the caves.
I have maps of the 4 levels here:

As a character, you start out in Mechta town. A village elder gives you a starter Pokémon after he sees you interacting with a zubat. You are sent out down the only cavern passage that leads to a village/town, so you travel to Altairift with your Pokémon. You were gifted 5 pokeballs by the elder, so you are able to catch Pokémon on the way. Once in Altairift, you hear rumors of shadowy people. You are urged on by somebody to go after them, so you set off to Shrinz city. In Shrinz, you hear more rumors about them and battle and beat the village elder (equivalent of gym leader). From there, you travel down to the icy level to Conra Town. From Conra, you travel to Frillish pond and although you can't surf, you confront the shadowy people and beat them. Before you can question them however, they are able to surf and get away. Your only available option is to beat the village elder and continue traveling to reach Rifaze city. You beat this village elder and continue in pursuit of the shadowy people on the other side of the pond. You reach Tempet town fairly quickly, and you watch the shadowy people travel up to the rocky level/ Shrinz city. You of course follow them all the way to the ancient temple. You confront them again in battle and win, but then they take a secret passage out of the temple. By the time you take the passage out, they're gone. From the passage, you go through Shrinz city and down to the lake level. At the lake level you fight the elder of lakeside town and gather information on the shadowy people. Citizens of Lakeside tell you to go to Bruxly town if you want to find them. While going to Bruxly, the shadowy people ambush you, but you fight them off successfully. At Bruxly, you beat the elder of that town and go on to Nack village to check for shadowy people. Nack doesn't provide you with much information, just one person who swore they saw shadows go down to the steel level. With no other leads, you go to the steel level to Metaum town. You beat the village elder there, who sends you off saying the shadowy people are in the coal mine. On the way there, however, a pretty large leak springs from the ceiling of the caves near the entrance to the coal mine. Water from the Great Lake is pouring into the steel level, and they send you to the lake via dig (the equivalent of fly) to get there faster. Using dive and strength, you plug the leak and save the steel level from major damage and an upset habitat. Going back to Berbento, from there you go to the coal mine. Once again, you confront and beat the shadowy people. They leave, but you hear one say "Iron Mine" so you go there. A hidden base is found, and you fight your way through and confront Saturn, the leader of the shadow people. After winning, he gives you a master ball. He confesses to you that he saw potential in you ever since you were a child, and says his shadowy people were used to strengthen you and lead you to the elite four. He was using you as his tool to overthrow the elite four, who were the real bad people. He says he used to be one of them, but he was thrown out and assumed to be dead. Although you are somewhat angry, he convinces you to go to the elite four and confront them. You continue on to beat the elders of Berbento and Valir. To get to the elite four, you have to surf in Rush Lake and use waterfall on the Great waterfall. This brings you to a part of the Great lake that is blocked off by mountains. You surf to a wooden bridge which brings you to victory road. Victory road travels through the top three layers and is filled with hermits, some who heal you and help you, while others battle you. At last you make it to the elite four, and you challenge and beat them. The champion, Charon, fights you with all the forms of rotom, but you beat him too. He calls them together and lets you pass. You travel up the tunnel and find the exit to the above world. You are filled with awe at all the plants and new Pokémon around you, but these dreams are all cut short. Charon returns with a new legendary which has all forms of rotom combined into one megamonster. You watch in horror as this monster summons regice and registeel and brings them to the statue of regirock. The statue comes to life, and he combines the three into regigigas. He then challenges you to a battle, and you manage to beat his megamonster of rotoms. The monster disappears for now... Saturn shows up and tells you to travel as fast as you can to the room of time located in the lake level triangle. He says it's the only way to stop regigigas' rampage. You travel there, but once you enter regigigas is already there. All hope seems lost, but suddenly latias and latios swoop in to battle. You fight using the two legendaries, but you are hopelessly underleveled and lost to regigigas' might. Latias/Latios faint and are lying against the walls of the room, and suddenly a bright light appears in the middle. Celebi appears, bringing with it forms of plant life. Celebi sends out the plants to all levels of the cave, and uses sleep powder on regigigas. Once put to sleep, it destroys regigigas to save the caves. The afterstory includes traveling through unova, as well as catching legendaries in the caves...

I would love to hear any suggestions you have for this, and, again, if anyone can program this to be downloadable, I would pay a million pokepoints if I had that many.

Tbh if LV had its own hack, I'm sure lots of new people would sign up and IF anyone could produce such a hack, we would easily give them the VIP rank and a bunch of PokePoints.

Nice plot here, interesting, kind of reminds me of what mine is like, but your storyline is way differen't than mine. I really hope I can get a team together to help finish my project.
