This is an OU team I have been working on for a little while, and it has been working pretty well for me lately. There is the obvious weakness to ice, and I could probably benefit from the addition of a fairy but so far I haven't run into any huge obstacles. I would take drain punch. If you don't get to sub it still works.

It's good, but you can easily be walled by physical tanks. Try adding a special attacker of some kind.

While not the best, it's my recommendation

Defensive Whimsicott completely coutners your Breloom, and a fairy of any kind with decent bulk can stop your Dragonite in it's tracks...

Also, why Scarf on something with E-Speed? Run band or do the standard DD set with a Lum Berry.

Your core (Defensive Slowbro & Eviolite Chansey) eventually get's demolished by knock off.

There is a few thing to mention. First off, scarf Dragonite is just a very bad idea. It really doesn't work as well as you think. It is outsped by a lot of scarfers (especially with Adamant), and it doesn't hit very hard. Choice Band is the set you would run with Adamant Dragonite and Extreme Speed.

Second, I would swap Toxic for Thunder Wave on Slowbro and Thunder Wave for Toxic on Chansey. Chansey needs a more offensive/damage-related presence to keep it from becoming set up fodder. Once ORAS comes out, I would definitely change Slowbro to Mega Slowbro and give it either Calm Mind / Slack Off / Scald / Psyshock or Calm Mind / Scald / Rest / Sleep Talk with full defense investment. Also, with the addition of Mega Slowbro, your core doesn't get nearly as threatened by Knock Off as it did before hand.

For Chansey, don't run 252 HP invest. Run 4 HP, 252 Def, 252 SpDef. It maximizes it's bulk completely thanks to Eviolite, and it works much better.

For Breloom, I would run Focus Punch as Sub/Punch is a great combo and you need the extra damage. I would get rid of Impish nature as Breloom isn't very bulky and an Impish nature doesn't help him in a noticeable amount at all. Run either Adamant or Jolly, so you an Sub up faster or do more damage, to ensure you don't become complete set up fodder.

Really don't know why Slowbro doesn't have Regenerator as it's ability and why it isn't Bold 252 Def 252 HP, your current investment helps it do nothing and really just stinks since spread apart bulk makes it very unreliable. Regenerator also allows it to keep switching in and out while restoring HP to keep it healthy during the majority of the battle.

For Dragonite, put the 4 HP EVs into Def. Giving it 4 HP EVs puts it's HP at an even number, which means SR kills you a total of 4 switch-ins exactly, while an odd keeps you alive for 5 (assuming you don't get any other damage whatsoever of course, and it will be switching a lot due to it's choice item). I would also run Choice Scarf Garchomp over LO, as Garchomp isn't known for being the fastest Pokémon in the tier, even though it does have a decent 108 base speed stat. LO also chips it down too much.

For Sableye, don't spread the EVs out into different defenses like that. Sableye doesn't have great bulk, so it needs all of one or the other. It needs the HP invest desperately. Also change the move "Restore" to "Recover", just because that is the actual name.

Overall, I don't see the team getting too far because, as you said, it has a horrendous Ice Weakness. Pokémon like Greninja have no problem going up against pretty much your entire team. You also are very susceptible to Wil-o-Wisp/Burns in general. You have way too many Physical attackers and no Special Attackers. I like the idea and approach of the team, but it is ill-suited for combat (not to be harsh/rude).

Also @Lass, I assume you mean DD instead of SD when you mentioned the standard Dragonite set.
