Kansai:​

Crimson Shore Town​

This is the starting town. Professor's Lab is located here.​

Route 1A​

A small route. A few trainers are here to prep you on your journey.​

Dewdrop Port City​

A huge port city located by the sea. Lots of items can be found here to help your Pokémon. A battle company is also here where you can fight many trainers. Professor Linden gives you another Pokémon here.​

Route 2B​

A small route with lots of trees. Lots of trainers are here to fight.​

Cobblehelm Town​

The first gym town. This Town is mostly rocky and old fashioned. Team Photon appear here.​

Route 3C​

A small, forest like trail. More trainers can be found here.​

Sewaddle Woods​

A small forest. You will meet the second gym Leader here for the first time.​

Oakwood Village​

A small, hidden away Town where people live in wooden houses. This small town is located in the midle of the forest. Rain always falls here. The next gym is also here. The gym leader uses bug type Pokémon. The Bug catching contest is here.

Route 4D
A small Route with lots of trees.​

Aprigrain Town
A small, quiet desert town. This is where the third gym is located.

Route 5E
A desert type of route.​

Molken Cave​

A small cave with neat paths.​

Route 6F
A well done path with lots of cables running up and down.

Molken City
A modern city, with lots of power and cables running about. Once you enter, you will meet with N once more. Team Photon are here. You meet N once again. The subway is located here. Fourth gym is located here.

Blue Frost Town
A small hidden away iced over town. Ice rink is here. Fifth gym is located here. Team Photon are here.

Route 7G
Full of ice mazes.

Frosted Meadows Farm
An icy farm where Tauros roam. Team Photon are here. You get HM fly here.​

Coldmount Peak​

A small cave/mountain. Ice and Steel typed Pokémon live here. ​

Coldmount Town​

A small Town is ontop of a mountain. The sixth gym is here.​

Route 8H
Mostly unfrosted, with a few snowy patches and puddles about. You meet N here for the last time until post-game.

Punk Hazard Town
A dump, no houses are here, just the gym. Team Photon are here. The legendary Pokémon appears here. The seventh gym is here.

Route 9I
A rough trail with lots of high grass.

Sakura Blooms Town
A quiet, well done town with lots of flowers. Safari Zone is here.​

Crescent Valley City
An old fashioned City full of trainers waiting to challenge the gym and elite four. The final gym is located here. Another boat is located here.

Crescent Valley Hill
You meet Team Photon here. The final gym leader appears here. The legendary Pokémon appears here. You fight Team Photon for a final time here.

Victory Path
You fight many trainers here leading up to the Elite Four.

Elite Four
This is where you fight the elite four and finally the champion.​

Ryukyu Islands:​

Route 0​

You will arrive here after taking the boat from Dewdrop Port.​

Honeytree Grove Village​

A small village with lots of honey trees. Random villagers will give you samples on honey here, and you will be able to use them on the trees to find rare Pokémon such as Aipom and Munchlax. Professor Oak's temporary house can also be found here.​

Route A​

A small route lined with honey trees and excited trainers​

Foggy Bay City​

A small, unused port town. It is said that it was once a major port which was very useful for trainers when traveling from Kansai to Johto. The small City is covered in fog. The first gym is here, and the gym leader is a Steel type.​

Route B​

A foggy route. Lots of items are hidden here. You will be greeted by N once again, this time he will give you the TM for Defog. You will be able to use this to get rid of some of the fog.​

Lake of Values​

Suicune can be found here.​

Aerosandria City​

A sky island. The gym leader uses the Flying type.​

Metadome City​

A city surrounded by a huge dome. The next gym can be found here.​

Route C​

A small trail with lots of trainers. A daycare center can also be found here.​

Goldcoast City​

A mine city where everyone is in gold rush and trying to find as many nuggets as possible, so they can sell them for good price. The next gym can be found here.​

Mine Pathway​

A small mine path way, nuggets can be found here.​

Route E​

A small dead end route. You can dive here.​

Crystal Deep Town​

A under water Town, closed from society. The next gym can be found here. The Lake Valor house is also found here.​

Route F​

A small water route.​

Nightshade Woods​

A small forest. Ghost Pokémon lurk here.​

Auburnia City​

A small, creepy ghostly city. It is said spirits live here. The gym leader here is known as Jessica and she runs a Ghost type gym.​

Route G​

A small route with leafs scattered across the floor.​

Clamiheat Town​

A tiny town with hot springs. The seventh gym of the region is here.​

Route H​

A route with a rough trail.​

Stoneheart City​

The final city in the game. Also known as the home of dragons. Many elders live here. The final gym leader is here.​

Valor Frontier​

The strongest of trainers gather here.​
