I need advice!! I'm thinking of writing a fan fiction on this site but I don't know if I should because I could always put a story up on Fanfiction.net! Aaarrgghh! What should I do! I'm not good with making decisions like this! When my asks me what I want for dinner I can't decide always try to dodge making an answer because growing up I had limited choices because no one asked the little 'bubbly, clingy, crybaby' girl, who was often blamed for her sister's crimes, anything! And see what happens when I face decisions like this? I rant about how miserable life is, so advice... can some one give me any?
You could always put it up on both sites, which would mean that your story would get read by members of 2 different sites rather than 1. And hey, no need to put yourself down over something like this, we all have trouble deciding on how we want to do things from time to time. Things like this aren't worth stressing over.
Thanks door the advice, I honestly didn't think of that... well except a new fanfic on here when I figure out which story to put up

Hi there! Welcome to Lake Valor! I hope you post some of your art and fanfictions, they are super cool! I am not a huge fan of Best Wishes but maybe you can change my mind on it I hope I see you around and maybe you can join the Discord server, chat with everyone so we can get to know you
Hello people of the Lake Valor forms! I'm a newbie. I was asked to join because of a drawing of Mewtwo I drew and posted on Deviantart.(I posted it here as well, maybe you've seen it?) I have never used formes of any kind before this is a very new experience for me. I draw everyday. If I don't I get this itchy irritated feeling the next day and I have to draw a lot of drawings that day to make up for not doing any the other day. X) I'm hoping to be animating at the beginning of 2017 if all goes well. So Pokémon...I grew up with it. the first Pokémon game I ever touched or messed around on in my young age was Pokémon yellow. It belonged to my brother but he would let me help train his Pokémon for him from time to time. I watched Pokémon Indigo league as a kid as well (when it was on netflix I watched it three times over in a month.) I don't draw Pokémon as much as I use to but that could change. Anyways I hope to enjoy myself here on the forms once I figure out how everything works around here.
Hi there [member=Madpeoplemercinia]!! Welcome to Lake Valor! It looks like you've known Pokémon for a long time! Why don't you share with us on how you feel about Pokémon in the Pokémon General forum. We'd love to hear about what you think. =3 We've also got some Christmas themed events going on if you are interested in participating. If you need any help, you are always welcome to ask. I hope you have fun here in LV!
Hello, people of earth. So I kinda just stumbled upon this website while researching stuff about Pokémon and it peaked my interest. I probably won't be on much because high school sucks, but Christmas break starts soon, so that's fun. So some random things about me. I'm a shy, socially awkward, nerdy bookworm with an inferiority complex that really likes RWBY, Pokémon, music, and books. I say things that are somewhat intelligent sometimes, but it's mostly stupid humor or me overanalyzing things. I'm nearsighted so I can't read crap (and I should probably wear my glasses all the time, but I don't). I also like to write and I'm planning on writing a book someday. Also, you can just call me Lillie if you want. (That's my name. Or is it? MWAHAHHAHAHHA) Otherwise, there's not much to me. Pleasure to meet you all.
Hi there Trop, and welcome to LV! I think I might be the one to have sent you that message, ha ha. Anyway, do you like it here? All of us are very friendly and the site's outlook is coded entirely by our wonderful Developer [member="Sanctuary"]. I'm sure you'll like it here! In case you have any questions, feel free to ask me!
Strange though I am, the thing that I notice first is that Lake Valor peaks your interest, as opposed to piques it. Though, if Valor peaks your interest, I suppose we would have to relocate to Valor Mountain! Hair-splitting aside, hello and welcome. I'm not sure if you've been given a proper welcome, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Would you prefer being addressed as Lillie or OurLadyOfWonderland? (I'm rather particular about getting people's names correct.) I see you like reading and writing books alike! What sort of books draw your interest or capture your fancy? What sorts of things have you written yourself so far? And what kinds of subjects do you like to (over)analyse? These are all exciting questions that will be answered in the next episode. I also have the odd suspicion that I've seen the character in your avatar before, but it might just be a passing resemblance; I'm not sure. In any case, if you need help with anything, like what things are found where, features you should be aware of, or so on, feel free to ask. I can answer pretty much any question you could think of - even how many licks it takes to get to the centre of a Tootsie Pop! Please, enjoy your stay here - the longer you're about, the more pleased we shall be.
Oh, so that's how you spell piques? I've always assumed that it was spelled peaks, though that's probably because I don't see it spelled out very often on paper. Well, my bad then. The more you know. As for names, I'm not particular. Whichever you prefer is fine with me. I'm not very particular when it comes to my name online, really. (Though I do feel that Lillie would be easier for most people.) I'm very interested in fiction books, especially those that deal with deeper themes. This is probably why I love the Graceling trilogy and the Red Queen series so much. (Read those, by the way, they're very good.) Though I do like my share of nonfiction on occasion. (Tuesday's with Morrie has been becoming a fast favorite.) As for what I've been writing myself, again, it's most fantasy fiction. I do have a story in mind that I'd like to write for a book. I just need to sort out as to how I'll write it and get the events in order. I tend to like to analyze people, oddly enough, and life/existence in general. I really like sociology, psychology, and philosophy. The character in my avatar is Neo from the RWBY series! This isn't official art btw. Full credit to the artist on Twitter (@mojojoj27827860). He has a lot of awesome art on there. All the same, thank you for the warm welcome! You are so very kind.
'Tis fine; 'pique' is not a word often written down, so I see that happen often. You need not worry. The only preference I have is what you have - typing long posts or names is never an issue for me, and I'm more concerned with being respectful than curt. You seem for now to prefer Lillie, so I'll address you as such until instructed otherwise. I don't think I've heard of Graceling before now, but I think I've heard bits and pieces about Red Queen books, assuming they're the ones about said character from Through the Looking-Glass. If not, then I'm probably way off. I'm a fan of non-fiction too, though that gets troublesome because there's so much to choose from and learn, and I find it hard to pick. Sorting out the events is probably the longest part for a book, because that's where all the groundwork is done. I wish you all the best in your endeavour. You like analysing people as well? Seems we have a common interest. Watching and noticing how people act under various conditions is very interesting, and sometimes entertaining, at least from an intellectual standpoint. And I see! I've seen a lot of people with RWBY art of some kind, and while I've never seen it myself I've seen the characters at some point in some medium or another. Thank you for stopping by and replying to my welcome! It's nice to see someone interested and engaged. If you need or want anything, please stop by my wall sometime! I'll assist you however I am able.
The Red Queen has nothing to do with any of Lewis Carrol's works. It was written by a woman by Victoria Aveyard, who is a wonderful writer. The author of the Graceling I trilogy, Kristin Cashore, is also incredible. I believe you'll enjoy these books since we share an interest in human behavior. RWBY as well! It's quite interesting and it's on Youtube even. And thank you for the encouragement on my story. It is greatly appreciated. And I thank you for your kindness. It's wonderful to be greeted so warmly.
