Post any questions you have about these here - I'll answer each and every one, unless I've already answered it.

Note: Please refrain from posting anything but questions and concerns.

    Q&A:
The Member League is run by members. What this means is that each member has the ability to make and control their own league. They choose their gym leaders, elite four, tier, generation, and type of league - everything about it is up to them, as long as their choices abide by Lake Valor's rules. So, yes - it is possible, if you apply for a position to a member's league and they accept you. The Valor League (official Lake Valor league) will choose its gym leaders and elite four in a different method. People who defeat numerous leagues and prove to be a competent battler are likely to receive an invitation to become part of the league.
You'd need to make your own, purchase them from a Graphic Shop, or find someone to make them for you for free, though the last option may be difficult.
Yes. You can be in as many leagues as you like.
Yes. All aspects of your league are entirely up to you, as long as they follow the rules.
It's required that Gym Leaders must be able to battle on Wi-Fi for those who don't like or can't use one of the battle simulators; however, as long as they can battle on Wi-Fi, they're fully permitted to battle on Pokémon Online or Pokémon Showdown.
Yes, it will. The official league members are going to be decided rather differently. People who defeat numerous member-run leagues and prove to be a competent battler are very likely to receive an invitation to become part of the league - we can't have just anyone becoming League Members.

Hm, I know this wasn't (really) on there, but I can make gym badges for those who would like them. I make the reality Pokémon badges such as a lucario badge which would be for a steel/fighting gym leader. And it's just parts of lucario that go well together and they eventually (after long working minutes) turn to gym badges. The lucario badge should be below, if not I have not found the image yet to be calm, and wait.
