I actually did, in my Pokémon emerald, catch a fair shiny Rayquaza. it is the only shiny I have ever found, and I am not disappointed at all.

it's pretty simple once you start using it, you just link up your bank account to it and viola, paypal. you can pay easily through a multitude of websites with it, and even get paid to it through sites like etsy and ebay, etc. its basically an electronic banking account.

Pretty much explained by bubbie. Like with many other things, just be careful when entering your bank details on the internet. As long as you're careful, it's a very useful system.

I agree with Doima, if you want to feel included in LV then you actually have to take the effort to join in with the stuff that we do.
