  For those wondering why I haven't made any new Showdowns of Valor episodes lately, it's because I've been very busy with IRL stuff for the past few months. Luckily, I'm now bale to be a lot more active again. However, there is a new problem, and that is the removal of the LV Showdown Server. I want to try my hardest to make Showdowns of Valor continue to work without the LV Showdown Server, but it will unfortunately require another revamp of the series so I can figure out what I

My name is Ben, but I'm better known on the internet as Hylian. I'm from Texas, am 19 years old, and am currently in college while pursuing my dream of becoming a professional video editor.

Video games such as Pokémon have had a huge effect on my childhood and my life as a whole. I've played Pokémon since the very beginning with Pokémon Red, and have been hooked on it ever since. I'm also a competitive battler, and have even made it to Nationals a few times. My teams generally consist of some of my favorite Pokémon, and Pokémon that work well on just about any team.

I play other games too, notably games from the Legend of Zelda, Mario, and Super Smash Bros. franchises, and am also a PC Gamer. I am also a competitive Smash battler, having mained Link since Smash 64 (Remote Bomb hype!). My favorite Nintendo franchises include The Legend of Zelda, F-Zero, Pokémon, and Smash Bros. My favorite game of all time is The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask on the N64. I also stream from time to time over at https://www.twitch.tv/hylianmedia.
