      I Don't think BD/SP is gonna do wild Pokémon like Galar. I think you'll have to walk in the tall grass and encounter them the old way. I prefer the overworld Pokémon where I can see what I'm about to battle.

      Random Thought: We have moves that cause Sleep, Paralysis, Poison, confusion and burn but we still don't have one that causes Freezing alone. Like Thunderwave or Toxic there should be one that just freezes.

        this is a great idea until u remember freeze has the potential to be broken if ur super unlucky so thats probably why

        yeah i honestly hate instant sleep as is, even with the "balancing" they've done with making most of the moves that cause it have low accuracy, but i've been frozen for over 20 consecutive turns and i don't want to see what it's like to have instant freezing of any kind

      I am stupid. I hadn't seen the Pokémon anime yet and I thought Go/Gou was a girl...she looked like a girl to me, till I began to catch up with the episodes. Also who names Somebody "Go"?

        I initially thought Go was supposed to be a girl as well. And the only reason I can think of for his name is that he's named after Pokémon GO, which is dumb.

        "Gou" is a Japanese name that means "strong" and I'm guessing it was also a pun for Pokémon Go.

      Calling it now, Sword and Shield will be released, then sometime after they'll be re released with all 800+ Pokémon available. This is just like when Ruby/Sapphire came out with few then Emerald with all 386

        If I had to make an educated guess, I would say next month at E3. I'd be surprised if Nintendo completely neglected to mention Pokémon in their E3 presentation, even if all they had to say was there would be a Pokémon Direct coming soon.
