Well, I'm a sucker for fun/cute Pokémon comic series, as well as Nuzlockes, and I'd love to see if you guys have any you'd like to recommend! A few of my personal favorites are: Dating a Team Magma Grunt (IT'S CUTE OKAY) Landwalker's Pokemon Yellow Nuzlocke Series (Huge shame he ended it early, but at least he still got the plotline told)
There's more than one Pokémon manga out there. Gotta recommend both of the ones I've read, Pokémon Adventures and Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure. I've even used Hareta from DP Adventure in one of my old Pokémon fanfics pretty well. I also have to recommend Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Saga on Smackjeeves. It gets pretty good when it gets to the post game stuff.

Heard of the latter, but I think I've seen a page of the former one somewhere. Think someone posted it on another forum, though just in picture format rather than video. Other than the official Pokémon comics (the Adventure manga, Burst, and others) I don't really know of any off the top of my head. Could find some on dA, though.

Leaf Green is finished, Heart Gold is ongoing.
