Event Spring Secret Santa [IN PROGRESS]

Heya Valorites! I've noticed a very thriving creative community here, so I thought I'd introduce a small event I do elsewhere to the Lake. It may be spring, but there's still snow fallin' somewhere in the world! What better way to kick off the changing of seasons than pretending it's a totally different one?

What the heck is a Creative Secret Santa?
This works just like any other Secret Santa, except with your creative talents! You will fill out a form with your interests and abilities, and receive a 'match'- who you will then create art/graphics/writing/cave paintings/etc. for based on their interests in return. The kicker is, it's all secret, so you'll surprise your match with your work along with everyone at the same time!

How do I join?
Simply fill out the form below by Friday the 4th of May and you'll be assigned a match and told via PMs their information. From there, you'll have until June 1st to work to make sure everyone has time to finish. We will reveal gifts soon after in this thread, and I will pass out a participation prize, generously funded by @Vigilance !

What criteria is there for my gift?
To make sure everyone has an equal return for their hard work, there's a few rules on effort needed for your piece.
ARTISTS: Fullbody and colored, or detailed greyscale. Please provide a scan if possible for traditional pieces, but clear photography is A-OK.
GRAPHICS MAKERS: Both a signature and an avatar.
WRITERS: At least 750 words, please.
