Imagine. You're in a typical romance anime and your crush asks you out on a date. Where do you go? An amusement park! Most of us, if not all, have been to an amusement park. Disneyland, Six Flags, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, etc. Amusement parks are scattered all over the world with tens of thousands of people visiting each year. Have you ever been to an amusement park before? Do you like going to them? Which ones have you been to? What's your favorite and what's your favorite ride? Are you a thrill-seeker or are you more of a carousel type of person?
I have only been to one amusement park and that was Six Flags back when I was about 5 years old so I don't remember too much...sorry...
I love amusement parks. Especially the roller coasters. As for ones I've been to, there's two that my family goes to every year, Seabreeze in Rochester, NY, and Enchanted Forest Water Safari in Old Forge, NY. I've also been to Disney World once, and I am going back next year.
It may sound weird, but I don't like amusement parks much... I do but not much! But, going on a date there with my boyfriend sounds super good! I like Bumper Cars!! Bumping into other cars is a thing I enjoy very much! The Ferris Wheel also is a good one~ tho I've only been to it for like 2-3 times in these 15 years that I've been alive~ I have a fear of heights so I don't go to rides like Drop tower, Pendulum ride, etc. But I like the roller coaster, those who don't include loops and heights~~ I also am a big fan of the Twin Dragon ride! Those are my favorite! Bcoz I went to one with my sweetie~~
I have never been to any noteworthy amusement parks. Just local carnivals and the one in Ocean City New Jersey on the Boardwalk. I love it whenever I go! I will go on any rollercoaster that doesn't go upside down. I love the pendulum rides, despite my fear of heights. I avoid Ferris Wheels though.
I love amusement parks! Not just because of the fun, thrilling rides, but because of the atmosphere. Everyone there always has so much fun. Whether it's date, or a family outing, or just a day to have a good time, something about amusements are always just happy. I mean, that is the point of them- they're not called amusement parks for no reason- but seeing smile's on people's faces brings one to mine, too. That being said, I've been to Six Flags in NJ and Disneyworld, as well as Universal Studios, but the latter two when I was much younger. There's also Coney Island, which is about an hour and half away by train.
i love amusement parks. i've been to a few such as sea breeze (a more northern amusement park) darien lake (six flags renamed i think), six flags, kings dominion, and hershey park. i've never been to universal or disney world/land though sadly and i really really wanna go at least once in my life.
I have been to amusement parks as school trip before. It was fun. Though, I am scared of most of rides like roller coaster, I enjoy going there. Its a good place to spend time with friends and family. My favorite ride would be Ferris wheel as it does not include high speeds and scary setting lol. I have been forced to ride in those and I just closed eyes and held tight to handles and things so now, I just avoid sitting in one as it is of no use.
To Canada's Wonderland with a friend back when I lived in Ontario. I don't really like amusement parks, they tend to overwhelm me and I messed the inverted rollercoaster (got sick)
I've been to a couple of theme parks, but there are still plenty I want to visit at some point. I went to Movie World on my 11th birthday, and I've been to Wet n Wild a couple of times. I'm okay with going on rollercoasters, as long as they're not anything ridiculous.
I love amusement parks! I've been to Six Flags Great America (a VERY long time ago), Michigan's Adventure, King's Island, Disneyland (long ago), Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cedar Point. Unfortunately, a lot of the smaller places are boring to me now; I've been to larger parks so many times I'm been spoiled by their ride sizes. I've been to Cedar Point alone at least 5 times! It's my favorite park and houses my favorite ride: the Raptor.
I’ve been to Disneyland and Universal Studio, as far as I can remember. My favourite part would be asking the donkey from Shrek to sing “All Star”, although it DID cost a couple brain cells.
I enjoy amusement parks okay, but I think that I definitely prefer theme parks, which is basically the exact same thing as amusement parks, but everything is based around a specific theme. I enjoy going on some rides (except roller coasters), but even more than that I love to just walk around the park and take in the atmosphere. There's a theme park in my area that has an 1800's time period theme, and it's a lot of fun.
I've never been to an amusement park but it wouldn't matter anyway. I'm not allowed to go on any rides like roller coasters because of my health. Also I hate big crowds so I'd end up being uncomfortable the whole time.
I’ve been to several. I don’t really like them, though. I’m not a fan of rides in general, so I don’t do them. And @Fchicken77 , thou art a true legend indeed.
That's asking a looooot of imagination… Anyway xD I have been to a lot of asumement parks, most notably Disneyland in Paris but also a lot of more local ones. I definitely enojy going to them but don't expect me to go on many rides because oh boy. Rollercoasters are not my thing for one and there's a few other things I'd rather not go in... So yeah I like them, but just for the good time, not for the rides.
Unfortunate lmao. The rides are the best part of an amusement park though!! Like... that's like all of an amusement park. What, do you just enjoy waiting in long lines and overpriced food??
No I do go on some rides, I don't skip all of them xD But I just like having a fun time with whoever I go to the park with way more than caring about the rides.
