And did I leave anything out? I realised I left out Taranza, but I'm out of time at the moment...
@122 Generation That looks good, I reckon. Taranza aside, I think you still have Aaron, Amanita, Gus, and Viridi left. And Brenna's Oceanic Operetta too. Also me: debating on throwing Airin's Sinister Arrow Raid in with a somewhat reasonable plot point
You can control Honedge's attacks. And yeah, we can change the RNG to 40% freezing. We literally have an army of 18 now, plus Maria and Meta Knight. No wonder making a battle post takes time! But still, doing two attacks a post might save us a bit of grief, too. I just need to know who is attacking who, particular when we have two enemies to deal with...
@Azelflover1 @ChocoChicken @122 Generation Quick question: Will it be random if we throw a Pecha berry or two in out of the blue? And/or should we justify it with a somewhat reasonable trigger?
Seeing as the battle's over we can use the "long rest" justification for healing all status effects and HP whilst we're at it.
In that case, I think @Azelflover1 really missed the opportunity of "Kirby used Rest" during the battle. I mean, this is Kirby. Him using Rest should've made more sense for someone who can be a sleepyhead even without inhaling a Noddy, right? That, or does Maria need to lull him to sleep?
Oh right. I almost forgot that there was such thing as a sleeping Kirby with a nightcap! Up to the host if Kirby does need Maria’s help. Then again, I was referring to Rest out of battle, considering Choco’s suggestion.
@Azelflover1 @ChocoChicken @122 Generation Random question: out of Kirby-verse characters, who do you guys think would know and/or heard of Taranza?
Iunno. Dedede (anime) seems like the type to just Not Care what happens outside his territory and all. If Daroach enters it's possible he would, and I haven't studied the Cappies enough to name anyone at all.
In Triple Deluxe, yes. But I don't think the Dedede in this RP knows him... yet. I do agree with Choco about this tho:
Question to host @Azelflover1: Are there any stores in the village that's open 24/7? And how about Dr. Yabui's place? Apparently I haven't watched enough Kirby anime to help with that.
No, the stores aren't open 24/7. As for Dr. Yabui, he hasn't really gotten many bad cases aside from colds, toothaches, and Kirby's one-time case of sleeping sickness.
Ah, okay. Right now the gijinkas are looking for help with the poison afflicting Kirby, Evergreen, and Snowy in the village. I'm not sure how to proceed from there IC...
From there I guess the village will be shut down for the night, with no major idea that anything happened in the woods. Potentially they could try to raise attention, or just give up and return to camp deciding this is a mission they have to undertake without support from the village.
Actually, the gijinkas get to see Dr. Yabui right now. I'm still cooking up a response to get the ball rolling.
