[1 x 1] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Adventure [Pixel × Luna]

Saura blushes as she looks surprised. She thought about running beside Shiro. Noticing Shiro is waiting, she climbs on to his back and hangs on to him. "Okay, I'm ready," she says to Shiro while blushing more.

 

As Saura gets off of Shiro, she hears his plan and flinches at the thought of fighting Medicham. Fighting-types are also strong against normal-types like herself. At the same time, she also doesn't want to rely on her shadow balls the whole battle... She needs to learn a new move, that way she can keep up and help Shiro! But seeing Shiro looking at her, this tells her that she has no choice at this time... She nods to Shiro. She just hopes her run away instinct wouldn't kick in when Medicham attacks nor knock her out. She then looks to the entrance of Sinister Woods. "Let's go," she says to Shiro as she runs in, but does slow down so Shiro can see her.

As Shiro and Saura walk through the woods, they did encounter a lot of grass-type Pokémon. But they've managed to handle them and other Pokémon there. They soon found their way in to the end of the woods to look for Metapod. But true to Shiro's warning, Gengar and his crew appeared. Saura does her best to look intimidating, but Gengar and his crew were not fazed by it. Gengar and his friends had bragged about their world domination plan and proceeded to attack them. Medicham immediately tried to attack Shiro first, but was soon hit by Saura's Quick Attack, which wasn't part of Shiro's plan. Medicham wasn't hurt that much by it, but she did turn her attention to Saura now. "Oh, you want to play first you blue-eyed freak?" She taunts with an evil smirk. Saura soon sees Medicham starting to try and use force palm at her, but the Eevee dodges them easily with quick attack. She does try and use shadow ball at Medicham, but they seem to be missing.

Gengar watches as he sees Saura and Medicham fighting and Shiro and Ekans fighting. He first thought about going after Saura for the Shadow balls are a threat to him, but he can see Ekans is at a disadvantage. He hasn't seen a Lycanroc like Shiro before and does not know what strategies he has. So, Gengar had decided to fight Shiro.

 

While Gengar was using nightmare on Shiro, Medicham finally hits Saura with one of her force palm that caused Saura to crash to a tree. Saura gets up while the Medicham walks closer and finally manages to use a shadow ball at the Medicham, but soon sees Gengar using nightmare at Shiro when he pops out. Saura immediately charges at Gengar and bites his arm hard. Gengar shouts at the pain as he flings Saura off of him, who lands right in front of Shiro. While Gengar tries to recover from the bite, Saura stands in between Gengar and Shiro as she growls at the Gengar. "Leave him alone," she shouts at Gengar!

Once Gengar recovered from the bite attack, he glares at Saura and sees her trying to defend Shiro. Noticing Medicham had got up and stood next to him, he sees how its only Saura standing while he and Medicham are still standing. He evil grins at the white Eevee. "And what are you going to do about it? Your friend is down which means you're all alone, while Medicham and I still have the advantage. So, lets make this easier for you and join your friend by taking a nap," he says as his eyes started to glow.

Saura tries to look away from Gengar, but Medicham had made her lock eyes with Gengar. Saura tries everything she could to stay awake, but she's trapped. However, she can't give up! Not now! Not when Shiro is in danger! Without thinking Saura soon launches another shadow ball, but this time it was brighter than before just like the time when she used it at Skarmory!

Gengar didn't have time to dodge the lavender shadow ball and it was also a critical hit! The attack was so strong, it pushed him away from Saura and had him slam against the tree.

The Medicham watched with a stunned expression, but was soon attacked by another lavender colored Shadow Ball by Saura and was flung to a different tree that instantly knocked her out. Once Gengar stood up, he glared at Saura, but that glare instantly faded when he sees Saura glaring him back with the hypnosed eyes he tried to use to make her sleep. The way Saura's eyes gave him the chills. He then runs off in a hurry.

When Ekans regained conscious, he sees Gengar running for his life. He was confused until he saw Saura. Being frightened as well, he quickly grabs Medicham and slithers after Gengar.

Once she doesn't hear Gengar and his friends, Saura turns to Shiro to try and wake him up from his nightmare without falling asleep. But she soon hears rustling coming from the bushes. She glares and growls at the intruder, but was soon hit with a confuse ray. Saura wobbles a bit, but was soon knocked out.

Umbreon walks out of the bushes. While he was training in Sinister woods, he heard Saura and her friend walking through and decided to see what was going on due to curiosity. He saw everything. Gengar's plans, Shiro's quick battle against Ekans, Gengar putting Shiro to sleep, Saura learning a new move bite, and of course the lavender shadow balls the white Eevee made. He watches the unconscious white Eevee and orange Lycanroc.

"H-hello?" A voice was heard. When Umbreon looks, he sees a Metapod coming out of the woods looking scared. It also seems he's not making the situation even better when Metapod shivered more when he saw him.

"These two had come to save you, but were ambushed," Umbreon stated to Metapod as he mentions Saura and Shiro. "Come. You must go to their base," he says to Metapod. He uses his psychic to lift Shiro so he can carry him and uses his mouth to grab Saura by the scruff of her neck. He's watched where Shiro came from when he visited the Transform Forest on that day; so he know where their bases are at.

When Umbreon arrives with Metapod, Shiro, and Saura, it was already night time. He explained the situation to Caterpie and told him and Metapod to head home. He places Shiro down on the small bed as he uses moonlight to heal him. Thankfully, there was a gap through the ceiling of the house so the healing will be done better. But the odd thing is, he only healed Shiro. Once Shiro is healed, he nods as he starts walking back to Transform Forest while still holding the unconscious Saura. If Shiro had awakened at this point, he would see the Umbreon holding Saura until he runs off with her.

 

Saura finally woke up in the morning and groans in pain from the effects of Hypnosis and Confuse Ray. She gets up and looks around. Saura looked surprised to see that it was her cave she's in! But, how did she get here? She could've sworn she was at Sinister Woods with Shiro... Saura gasps. "Shiro," she exclaims as she starts running to the base. "I have to make sure he's-"

"Not another step Snowy," said a Jolteon as he blocks Saura's way. "You're not allowed to leave the forest today," he added/

Saura was surprised to see one of the Jolteon that lived in the forest, but confused as to what Jolteon meant about not leaving the forest. "Wh-what do you mean?" She asks with confusion. "I have to get back to my friend. He's still wounded from a battle we had against a Gengar and his friends," she added with plea.

Jolteon shook his head. "Sorry kid, but Umbreon has strictly ordered me to have you stay in the forest for today," he says to Saura while still blocking the way.

Saura now looks annoyed. This Umbreon has no right to keep her here nor say anything to her. "Sorry, but my friend is more important to me than an order from my kind," she says as she starts running around Jolteon. Unfortunately, she was suddenly zapped by a Thunder Wave and can't move. She soon feels herself being lifted by Jolteon and is now back in her cave. She tries to break out of her paralysis state, but with no luck.

"Listen here Snowy, I don't know why you're so eager to find your friend first, but Umbreon said he wants to have a battle with you so he can understand more about your lavender shadow ball move," said Jolteon. "And if I were you, I'd do what he says. If you make Umbreon mad, then you better be ready for a fight to the death," he added.

Saura shivers at the thought of the battle and confused about the "lavender" shadow ball. "I don't launch any "lavender" shadow balls. My shadow ball move is the same as all the other Pokémon that can use it! And I don't wanna fight anyone," she exclaims at Jolteon.

"That's not my decision to make Snowy," said Jolteon as he turned around. "Oh! And don't be expecting any visitors today," he added as he walked out.

Saura shivers and tries to get up but still can't move because of the paralysis state. She needs to get to Sylveon to see what's going on, but she can't... She just hopes Shiro is alright... If he's still in trouble... Saura has tears in her eyes for she hopes the one she loves is okay. 'Shiro...' she thought to herself as she cries a bit silently.

 

"That won't be necessary," said a masculine voice. When Shiro and Sylveon turned to the source, they see Umbreon using psychic to carry a lum berry. "You've obviously had not seen your friend's true power. It was unnatural. Something no Pokémon should ever have unless they were exposed to something. After all, how else were you able to be standing today?" He says to Shiro. Umbreon then turns to Sylveon. "And you are right about that part Sylveon. But there is more to this battle. It is my duty to see which path Saura has chosen and how this... odd power will affect her," he says to Sylveon. He then walks past Sylveon and Shiro and straight to Saura's cave which were guarded by some of the Eevees that live in the forest and Jolteon. He watches Saura in the cave struggling to get up for she heard Shiro's shout. Seeing some electric socks, he eye narrows at Jolteon. "You paralyzed her?" He says in a disapproved tone.

Jolteon chuckles nervously. "W-well, she was about to run off to find that Rockruff she was with earlier and you told me to keep her here. Wh-what else could I do?" He says nervously. He just hopes Umbreon wouldn't use Psychic at him.

Umbreon rolls his eyes a bit as he mentions the Eevees to leave the cave area. He places the Lum Berry down next to Saura who looks at it questionly. "Eat," he said to Saura in a commanding voice.

Saura looks to Umbreon and shivers a bit for he appears to be glaring at her. Hesitantly, she starts eating the berry. When she feels the paralysis wearing off, she continues to eat the berry until it is consumed. Saura gets up quickly, but then flinches when she sees Umbreon. She watches him walking and mentions her to follow. She looks around for an escape route, but sees all the Eevees watching her. She shivers at their stares and follows Umbreon slowly. By the time she's out, she suddenly sees Shiro and completely forgets about Umbreon and the others. "Shiro," she calls out to the Lycanroc with a smile! She runs past Umbreon and the Eevees and hugs Shiro's leg since he's taller than her. "I'm so glad your okay," she says with tears in her eyes as she continues to hug Shiro.

Umbreon watches Saura run past him to get to Shiro and shakes his head in disappointment. But the look on Sylveon's eyes told him to not interfere for the two seemed to be worried about each other. So, he waits a bit for Saura and Shiro to talk.

 

Saura blushes when Shiro pressed his face to hers. After hearing his question, sheshakes her head. "No, I'm alright," she says to Shiro. She was soon being dragged away from Shiro by a psychic move. "Eep," she squawked out while being lifted in the air. She looks and sees more on eye narrowing at her while using psychic.

Umbreon takes a quick glance to Shiro and Sylveon and walks off while using psychic to carry Saura with him. Some of the Eevees started following him.

Jolteon watches as well and looks to Shiro and Saura. "I think its best if we let them battle... I don't want us to get on Umbreon's bad side," he says nervously.

 

By the time Shiro, Sylveon, and Jolteon arrived to watch the battle, they already see a bunch of Eevees surrounding the battle area. Umbreon had already started to attack, but Saura dodges Umbreon using quick attack. But that stopped as soon as Umbreon uses the combination of psychic and feint attack. Saura tries her best to dodge, but she would always be grabbed by Umbreon's psychic. She does try to use shadow ball whenever she was lifted, but they wouldn't do as much damage since Umbreon is a dark-type. When Shiro sees Saura use shadow ball, it looks just like any other shadow ball, dark purple. And thanks to the fact Saura is still hurt from Medicham's attacks, she would flinch whenever she gets attacked by feint attack.

Umbreon watches and growls quietly. It seems Saura is unable to use the strength she had when she fought against Gengar and Medicham... unless... Umbreon turns to Shiro and launches a confuse ray at him.

Saura looked shocked and without thinking, she runs in front of Shiro to prevent him from getting hit. However, Saura was soon hit with the confused ray attack. And the attack worked! Saura is confused. She blinks from time to time to make sure her vision is alright, but its not. She turns to Shiro to make sure he's alright. She then turns to Umbreon, but in her eyes Umbreon appears to be Gengar in its place. Remembering what Gengar did to Shiro, she starts growling as she stays in between Shiro and Gengar.

Umbreon watches carefully. So, the only way her true power can awaken is when someone she cares for was in danger. He then charges at Saura with a feint attack and makes a direct hit that sent her flying towards a bush. He ignores Shiro, but continues to stand there to show he's a threat to Shiro. He then sees something glowing in the bushes. The next thing he knew, a lavender shadow ball is heading straight towards him. Unable to respond in time, he was hit with by the shadow ball and crashes to a tree.

All the Eevees became frightened when they see Umbreon attacked by the strange shadow ball. Some even decided to flee from the battle for their own safety. Umbreon then uses psychic at the bush to lift Saura in the air to try and attack her with another feint attack. But was stopped when he sees Saura launching more lavender colored shadow balls at Umbreon. Some of them had missed thanks to the effects of confused ray and one of them manages to land a critical hit.

When Saura feels the psychic move release her, she charges straight at Umbreon with a quick attack and bites his ear hard. But once again, she still thinks it's Gengar she's hurting.

Jolteon watches with an astonished look. He then turns to Shiro. "Hey, did you know your friend could do that?" He asks and hopes that Shiro does.

 

Umbreon seems unaffected by Saura's bite attack. He watches her try harder until it's finally taking its effect. Quickly, he shoves Saura off of him and uses moonlight to heal. He doesn't need much, but it needs to be enough for him to continue to battle. But it seems this battle isn't working. Yes, he does wish to know what's the cause of those shadow balls to change color, but it lead him to more questions. Like, where did she get it from? What will become of her when she looses control? And what will she evolve into? Saura is indeed ready to evolve, but with this unknown strength she bears its hard to tell what she will evolve into. He turns to see Saura launching more lavender shadow balls at him. He tries to dodge them, but as once again hit by one of them and caused more Eevee to run and hide. Umbreon growls and then notices Saura using quick attack and used that to his advantage. He charges at Saura with a feint attack. The two attacks collide, but Umbreon's was stronger and it causes Saura to be pushed back. Without hesitation, he charges at Saura for another feint attack. She

Unfortunately, Saura was soon freed from the effects of confuse ray and looks around. "Wh-what? What's going on?" She asks while looking around. But she soon sees Umbreon charging at her with a feint attack. She had no time to dodge and was hit by Umbreon with full force. She shouts in pain as she was slammed to the ground which then knocked her out.

Umbreon stands there while watching Saura to see if she'll get up. Noticing the battle is over, he looks to Sylveon to let her know the battle is over and walks off.

Sylveon took this time to run to Saura and uses her ribbons to lift Saura. She looks to Shiro. "Come on, lets head to Saura's cave," she says to Shiro as she starts walking to Saura's cave while holding Saura.

 

Sylveon frowns a bit at Shiro's comment about Umbreon while she uses wish to heal Saura. Once she sees Saura is fully healed, she looks to Shiro. "There, she's healed. Although I don't think its best for her to do anything else for today," she suggests to Shiro. "And as for Umbreon, I really do not know why he does that, but he doesn't do it to just Saura... I believe there is more reasons as to why he challenged her. He's done this to other Eevees to see which path they choose. I think that's what he did for Saura," she says to Shiro while thinking to herself as well. When she remembered something she nods. "I'm sure of it. Because, every time he battles an Eevee in this forest, that same Eevee evolves the same day," she says to Shiro with a small smile.

 

Saura, while still unconscious, feels Shiro's body heat and snuggles closer to him. Sylveon listens to Shiro think of what Saura will evolve into. She thinks as well. "Well, I'm sure we are out of evolution stones for now and it would seem that Eevees that prefer colder environments would start their walk immediately. And you are right about her not being a Sylveon... As far as I see it, you appear to be her only friend. So I guess, the only options we have are a Leafeon, Espeon or Umbreon," she says. She then sees Shiro put his head down and walks off so he and Saura can rest.
