Have you guys been to the real life Pokémon Center in Japan before? If so, what did you get? If not, what would you like to get? I've never been there myself but I've had people go there and bringing me back some things! Some of them include a Meowstic plush, the Mothim evolution line keychain, a Pokémon Sun and Moon cookie tin, and socks (Shinx, Budew, and Lucario)!
I've never been there before, but I now want to go there more than ever! Just looking at that picture is making me feel excited... There's so much Pokémon merchandise I have yet to waste my money on... If I ever go to Japan, I know where my first stop is going to be
I wouldn't recommend going there first, you won't have any money left. I have never been there personally, but I have received a few plushies from the Pokémon Centers.
I've never been but I've ordered a lot of Pokémon center merch in my time. I'd just like to go see one though. I'd kill to take photos there ;w; There's actually a few Pokémon centers in japan! And they each have their own set of mascots. Its really cute!
The closest thing to that I can say I've been to is Nintendo World, which has an upper floor dedicated to Pokémon! Drains your wallet though orz
I dream of visiting Japan, and that is one of the stops on my list I have a life-sized Mimikyu Plush that reads that it's from the Pokémon Center on the tag. (I bought it at a Comicon, so not sure if it's legit or not? Its super soft and stitched up nicely though)
Man, it has been my dream to visit a Pokémon Center at least once in my life since I was a kid. Every time I see pictures of those adorable plushies I die a little inside knowing that I may never get the chance to own one. BUT I will be going to Japan for a study tour in a few months so that's a very good opportunity to finally realise that childhood dream. I just hope they have at least 1 (one) plushie for the 'mon I like. blease. It's going to take every ounce of self-control to not buy a whole suitcase of plushies (as if I have that amount of money l o l)
Never been and I don't really know what I would get. I'd still love to go to Japan and all. I heard there might be one in NYC, which is probably where I'd end up going. Stuff in Japan can be ridiculously expensive
Buy ALL the plushies! I've never been there, but it's a destination goal for me. I definitely need to just appreciate the atmosphere of beauty and amazing plushies. #MissingNo
I have been to one, and it was amazing, I got a lot of things, plushies, shirts, pins, and more. I wish they would add more around the world, maybe some day
I went there once when I was younger - it was the Epcot Japan place, I think. I remember asking my parents if there'd be any Pokémon, and they said no, but there it was. I think it's where I bought my Dialga plush.
I would love to go to the Pokémon cneter in japan. I would like to get Lycanroc ( midday) plush, adn other Pokémon plushies. There is so much Pokémon merchandiese taht i want to get from the Pokémon center in japan.
I wanna go there so bad!! The pic is beautiful! I'll go there for sure! I will buy many, many things such as a pikachu key-chain, a towel with an eevee printed on it, handkerchiefs with cute Pokémon printed on them, etc. And obviously, A SYLVEON BOW!!!
Pssh, I've never even left my time zone, let alone intercontinental travel with a sidequest of a planned shopping trip. I feel like I could walk out of a place like that with fewer than... six items. Not for lack of desire, but for presence of restraint. I don't wear t-shirts very often or have much space for plushie decoration (though I would like a Duskull plush), so it's easy to avoid those urges. I could mostly go for something like a large decal for my car, or maybe a necktie or a few posters. Not much is needed to satisfy me. I don't see international travel in my near future, but if I ever am in Japan, I'm definitely stopping by a Pokecenter. Or a Pokemart, as it should probably be called.
I'd go in and leave with an empty wallet. Financially broke but happy!? Those type of stores are addictive, but worth it for the fandom inside you!
I have never gone to a Pokémon Center, and I really shouldn't. I'd probably burn through a looooooot of money getting all my favorite plushies. TT
Nothing wrong with that, if you have the extra funding though. And yeah, it can be rather exciting and breaking on the wallet too.
I haven't even been to the one in New York, let alone the one in Japan. T.T I'd buy a couple of plushies or something, but as someone mentioned before that sense of restraint would keep me from splurging.
