Hey guys, Fear here. Most of you have already played the brand new game Ultra Sun & Ultra moon. It's pretty fun! Anyways, I'll go straight to the point; I've been having trouble with my event Rockruff. You know, the one you get from the Mystery Gift. Yeah, that one. I have leveled it up to lv31 but It won't evolve. I have read an article saying you have to evolve it between 5pm and 6pm local time but that didn't work either. Any suggestions? Do you have the same problem as me? Let me know! Much appreciated, Fear
Are you playing Ultra Moon? Because apparently it needs to be done between 5AM and 5:59AM in that, since the games run 12 hours ahead...
Hey! Are you playing Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon? Unfortunately, Moon players are disadvantaged here due to the inversed time. You actually have to evolve it between 5-6 PM game time - which means between 5-6 AM local time (unless you wait until postgame) I personally would never get up that early to evolve a Pokémon, but you could change your 3DS time (at the cost of time based events stopping for 24 hours) or have an Ultra Sun player evolve it for you.

Yeah, in that case like Satix said, You have to have the in-game dusk time, which is at your 5-6AM. It is really inconvenient, but that is how it is.
That's fair enough, but I just thought I'd broadcast that it's an option. I don't much care about events right now, so it's saved me the hassle of making sure I'm coherent enough at that time in the morning. xD
