    @Squidy822, bubble beam does 4 damage on the rival Pokémon. Keeping the type in mind, it does 6 damage.
    So, my ninetales is at 16/22 HP. As for your wooper, keeping the type advantage in mind, is at 16/22 HP, 'cause flamethrower does -6 damage on a water type.

    Okay, niney, use fireburst!
    Wooper at 13/22 HP.

    Sorry, I've been a bit of a busy human <.<

    First off, Flamethrower would only do 6 damage to Wooper as Ground does not resist Fire. Also BubbleBeam would only do 6 damage as the base is 4 damage +2 from winning type matchups.

    So as I understand this battle:
    Ninetales uses Flamethrower -> 7 - 1 damage = 16/22 HP for Wooper (1 PP left on Flamethrower)
    Wooper uses BubbleBeam - > 4 + 2 damage = 16/22 HP for Ninetales (3 PP left on BubbleBeam)
    Ninetales uses Fire Blast -> 4 - 1 damage = 13/22 HP for Wooper (3 PP left on Fire Blast)
    Wooper uses BubbleBeam -> 4 + 2 damage = 10/22 HP for Ninetales (2 PP left on Flamethrower)

    So before the battle stopped for this review, all the HP values were right! Just make sure to check your type match-ups in advance to avoid confusion with how much damage you're doing :p
