Songs that require you to stop what you're doing and just pay attention

pretty much all of the rock and roll songs that I listen to (Mainly being Bon Jovi and Sabaton) makes me do like that, which I've got a whole playlist just for that.

 

I feel like I mention my favorite singer a lot on threads like these, and a lot of her songs would probably fall into this category for me, so I'll just link one of my (many) favorite songs of hers.



All of her songs have legitimate meaning behind them and listening to/reading her explanations of them can be just as interesting as the songs themselves at times. She has her own Youtube channel with all of her albums too, which is amazing. That's where this video is from.

 

I used to be able to focus to this song, but now that I want to choreograph a ballet piece to it, I just start thinking about the moves instead of focusing on my work.

 

Anything by Lindsey Stirling. She's amazing.

 

Anything instrumental with a beat or rhythm.
Some heavy metal ones come to mind.

The Metroid Prime theme, for how much of a masterpiece it and its game is.

 

If I have headphones I always have to bump up the volume and just jam out to this, let it be the only thing in my head.

... Basically one of the only songs that come to mind. It's so impactful that I have to pay attention to it.

 

I love the meaning behind Handlebars. It also has a sick beat and rap.

 

Probably most Justin Timberlake songs. And Fallout songs. And Panic! at the disco songs.
