"You doing okay back there?" As he turned slightly ti watch her. As his Mudbray sudden stopped. Kirito blinked and jumpes off. Pikachu almost fell of the head. He caught him just in time to hold him close to his body. Slowly kirito walked towardw it. (Ya can say what they see haha)
Evergreen's sigh turned into giggles. "I'm doing just fine, Kirito. Just fine." They had ventured into the grove, full of lush grass and trees. It made up a section of the island and was relatively the coolest. The grove was a thick one, and beyond it were the plains. "I do wonder if we'll be able to find that shopping bag, though..."
(Oh. You weren't clear it was a thing) "What's the matter?" Evergreen said, feeling her Mudbray stop. [We can't continue with all this in the way,] her Mudbray replied. Up ahead, the path was blocked by a group of dark Radicate camping.
(Oops. Im sorry for not doing that) "Umm can you take them Evergreen?" Kirito asked holding Pikachu close. "Electric abd dark arent good match ups. Um neither psychic though" kirito wasnt a battler but atleast he knew some type advantages.
(No worries) "But I'm a fairy too, aren't I? True, we're not in a good position... We could always ask." She bravely went up to the Radicate and waved for one's attention. [Excuse me! I was wondering if you could let us pass,] she said while bowing. The rest of the Radicate looked up curiously, seeing Evergreen who looked kind of human yet could talk in Pokéspeak.
Kirito wondered what happened next . He didn't see Evergreen fight a lone a lot, mostly he was to busy himself. Gazing at the raticate wondering what they would do. He put his wand ready just incase and pet the mudbray the same time
[You're not a human,] the Raticate said. [You sure look like one,] said another. Evergreen smiled nervously. [You haven't seen a Gardevoir before, have you? Anyway, that's not important. Can we pass? We don't mean any trouble.] She briefly looked at Kirito before looking back, hoping also he wouldn't do anything yet. The one Raticate talking with Evergreen consulted with the others in his pack, then he looked back at her. [We're not moving out of the way, but you have two options. You could give one of us a good battle, or get us something to eat, and save us some work.] Evergreen's made a face and relayed her conversation back to Kirito. "What do you think?"
Kirito grinned. ''You should fight them. However I won't help you. I am wondering how strong you are on your own.'' he said crossing his arms and sat next to the route. ''How will this work out , I wonder. Also if you are in trouble you can use me once. And you tell me what kind of attak I should do. '' He chuckled
"I... I should? Hey! You can't just leave me on my own!" Evergreen stamped her foot. She turned back to the Raticade. [Ugh! Battling it is, then!] But in her heart Evergreen was nervous. She hardly fought against others on her own and it was usually with allies by her side. Even taking on Guzma on her own was the most frightening thing she had done so far on this adventure. The Raticate leapt forward to try and bite Evergreen, while Evergreen reacted with Magical Leaf to push him out of the way.
Kirito smirked looking at Evergreen. His smile grew bigger when she started attacking. ''That is good Evergreen. You can do this easily.'' He didn't notice the Mudbray of evergreen standing behind him to push him towards the battle field, as he didn't like it how this was working out. (Ya control officially the mudbray, so ya can reply the way ya exactly want, as it happens (How I thought off it) when ya reply)
(Sure, why not?) “I... I can’t,” Evergreen muttered. “What if he gets hurt?” She launched a Hypnosis attack to try putting the Raticate to sleep. But she missed and she got bitten instead, causing her to cry in pain. [You know she doesn’t like to battle on her own,] the Mudbray said. [I’ve seen Pokémon like her. She’s only comfortable fighting with a human’s help or command.]
Kirito gazed at the mudbray. "Whatever you are sayinh. She needs to learn to fight alone. If I get killed by this Guzma guy than she has no choice" even so he still chuckled looking at her.
[She’s not a willing fighter though, just saying.] The Mudbray kept nudged Kirito’s side. [She really is a protective type.] Evergreen had lots of experience fighting but to fight on her own made her uncomfortable. She didn’t want to hurt the Raticate either and tried putting it to sleep again. This time she succeeded and then used Disarming Voice.
Kirito felt the nudgw again. "Fine. " he said annoyed and took out his wand and fired a dark thunder spell to the raticate. "Do not be a wimp evergreen"
"I... I'm not a wimp!" Evergreen looked just as annoyed. However the Raticate took Kirito's attack as a challenge and lunged toward him. In response, Evergreen quickly fired a flurry of Magical Leaves to throw him off-balance and followed up with Disarming Voice again. [No! Don't touch him!] she said. And the Raticate fell after. The Mudbray smiled. It was very easy to tell what kind of character this Gardevoir had - a protective type, as he had just said.
"See she can take care of herself" as he put away his wand away and sat down again. Gazing at what she would do next, at least she knew what to do. Kirito knew Evergreen was strong but the way she used her strength wasn't always to best way to do it
The Mudbray shook his head. [She just needs the right motivation.] Eventually the battle came to a quick end as Evergreen had the upper hand. She came close to the Raticate once more and ended it with Hypnosis and followed up with Magical Leaf once more. The rest of the pack looked impressed at Evergreen. [Okay. You can pass.] They said to her.
Kirito smirked as he stood up. "Well you sure took youe time" ignoring whatever her mudbray was saying. He walked back to his mudbray and sat ob it. "Lead the way Evergreen
Evergreen puffed her cheeks. "Well, it's not like I fight a lot." Her Mudbray sighed and lowered himself to let Evergreen climb on him. In her heart, she was glad Kirito was even letting her lead. She put her hat back on and picked up her purse. They made their way through the grove. Evergreen supposed the Raticate must keep a good eye on this area, since the nature seemed well-kept. Or perhaps it was always like this. Either way, it was lush and cool, which was a relief from the heat of the islands.
