He, however, believes that he lost all his emotions, because his heart was locked away already when he was backstabbed, so he repressed sadness himself, and he felt no fear in his life, ever.

He was a diligent student, good at memorizing things and aspiring to become a [decent tech job in this place, like IT-not super good, but decent, well paying job]. Had a small, tight group of friends, was socially awkward. Spent a lot of his time alone

 

Name: Ayumu (last name forgotten)

Appearance: He has medium-long black hair, which always used to be perfectly taken care of, but since he became a Fallacy he just let it hang down as it is. His clothes weren't anything too special, just a shirt and jeans. He always wears gloves when he goes outside, even when the temperatures are higher. He has surprisingly bright green eyes, a rare sight which contributes a lot to his overall appearance.

Power: The ability to manipulate senses, both his own and that of others. For example, he can take away someone's sight to temporarily blind them, or increase his own auditory sense to hear people approaching him from miles away.

If not, what are they doing otherwise?: He used to live in a single house on the corner of a busy street all his life, however, due to his high risen DATA reading, he hasn't been able to keep track of his home anymore. This causes him to leave his house every morning, but finding himself incapable of finding back his house later, forcing him to either sneak into other occupied houses, or spend the night outside.

Personality: Losing the emotion of trust, he has become paranoid about everything. He is convinced that everyone is out to kill him, which is the reason why he hasn't joined either the good or the bad side. He isn't quite evil, but won't hesitate attacking an ANDROMEDA member if they come too close to him. Although he primarily fights for his own life, he also has a great sense of justice. He is willing to assist someone who needs help if they're unfairly outnumbered, but instantly vanishes after he has defeated the opponent.

Bio before memory loss: Before he suffered from his amnesia-attack, he was, quite ironically, a very popular and well-trusted man. He wasn't rich, nor did he have any kind of famous heritage. The only reason why he became so popular was his charming way of talking, and his trustworthiness. Despite this, he always stayed humble, never considering himself popular. After finishing his study as a biologist, he went on to give readings in other high schools and colleges, where he became an excellent professor. He had no significant other at the time of the amnesia-attack.

Personality: Her loss of joy has effected her life drastically. Thing that she enjoyed prior (of which she has no direct recollection anyway) no longer entertain any sort of reaction. She seemed constantly disappointed and often goes too far on a mission just give herself a bit of a thrill, or makes it exceedingly difficult for herself.

Bio before memory loss: Naomi was an extremely carefree person who got along with everyone extremely well. She was quite the fun person to hang around with, often being the jokester or being the clown. People seemed to gravitate towards her, her enthusiastic attitude was an amazing sight during the changing in the world. Especially with her best friend, Ren. However, she quickly lost all of that once her amnesia attack struck, turning her into a fallicy.
Ren helped her remember vaguely who she was prior, despite her shift in personality. However, neither of them had planned on Ren also loosing his memories. While she knew her full name, Ren had never shared his last name, or much of his memories unrelated to her, so she had nothing much to help him with. Assuming that it was just the function of his legs that had ceased, she and Ren, discovering his telekinesis in the process, attempted to build prosthetic legs to help him walk, but it failed.

He wears a black shirt with blue horizontal stripes that get thicker the further down the shirt. He often wears black gloves over his hands and wears dark blue shorts. He also has a pair of bionic legs, which are less for practicality and more for show, always sitting in a wheelchair.

Personality: He is the calm and collected character who tries his best to make sure missions don't go awry. He has an awkward sense of humour that people either don't get or is corrected constantly (example, he often jokingly introduces himself as Xavier, to be corrected on the reference afterwards). Occasionally he sees his powers as a curse, the loss of his ability to walk irritates him, but his power also allows him to not be completely dependent on another.

Bio: Ren wasn't too different from what he is now. He was quite the calculating person, always trying to look for the right actions in a certain situation and not thinking it through. Somehow, he and Naomi became childhood friends despite the differences in their personality. He often worried that she was going to get herself into some serious trouble some day.
However, his friend suddenly became a fallicy, losing all her memories of him. In an attempt to counteract this, he did his best to counteract her loss of memories, attempting to refresh her memory by recounting as much about her past life to her as he could. However, he could instantly see her shift in personality, but he helped her more than most of the supernaturals, allowing her to remember not only her real name but also some of her past. He never expected that the same would happen to him, he never planned for it.​

Appearance: She is pale skinned, but not strikingly so. She has short, dark burgundy hair cut squarely around her face with a row of bangs across her forehead. Her eyes are a light brown, and her mouth is thin and seems perpetually in a small smile. She's of medium build.

Power: Generation and control of sound (Can generate an extreme range of frequencies and decibels of sound, can manipulate existing sounds such as voices into different sounds/volumes/directions)

If not, what are they doing otherwise?: Using her sound manipulation to run a backhanded business fabricating other's voices (with no questions asked of course), trying to get by without drawing ANDROMEDA's attention.

Personality: She is commonly ambivalent, most often uncaring of any outcome to a situation as long as that outcome doesn't spell disaster for her. She usually acts very cheerful, and often genuinely is so. However, her inability to feel sadness has removed her ability to cope with negativity healthily, so she instead ignores it until it turns into fits of rage. Due to this, she can without warning experience hostile mood swings or become suddenly cheerful in negative situations. Her inability to feel sadness has also slowly removed her empathy, causing her to act without regard for others or how her actions will affect those around her. She doesn't actively seek to harm or ruin others out of malicious intent, but if it will get her what she needs she will do so without hesitation or apparent care.


Bio before memory loss: She was a college student at community college, working to earn her major in communications. Her family life was average, though she was a bit distant from her parents due to their jobs keeping them away from home often as she grew up. She was fiercely independent in her beliefs, and though she enjoyed being around others she never felt strongly about making or keeping contacts.​

 

Name: Faust

Appearance: Faust is a slim male with brown eyes and black hair. His hair falls in a curtain down to his chin and his body is covered in scars. His face is angular and most of the time there's some kind of smile on his face. There are small parts of him that are beginning to decay due to his body being past its Corroded expiration date. His body is pockmarked with scars from infections, disease, and wounds. His clothing, unless he's recently taken new ones, are usually ragged. Staples include a duster and a wide-brimmed hat to hide his face (currently both black).

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Height: 5 feet 11 inches

Supernatural Type: Corroded

Power: 1) Unconscious Life Preservation: As long as his mind is intact and he believes he is alive, he is, well, alive. Though it is deteriorating, his body will still feel pain, attempt to heal wounds, and otherwise function. This power has kept him alive since he first gained his powers.

2) Unconscious Projection of Insanity: People slowly (exponential growth model) start going insane just being in his presence. The closer you are, the faster you become crazy. Getting away from him makes the madness wear off, though prolonged exposure results in permanent insanity. His power lingers and people suffering from his lunacy powers are able to pass it onto others and even escalate the abilities themselves by being near others also suffering from his powers. A small town he was hiding in tore itself to pieces in two days.

3) Mind Manipulation: A form of mind control, by touching someone skin-to-skin he can "suggest" something to them. The more insane the recipient is, the more receptive to the suggestion they are. As an example, he can suggest to a person that they actually hate their best friend. What that person does afterwards (assuming the suggestion takes root) is up to them and, to a certain point, their insanity level.

If not, what are they doing otherwise?: Wandering around, causing mass death, destruction, insanity and whatever the hell else he feels like doing.

Personality: Amoral, sadistic, and completely insane, Faust is a sociopath intent only on wreaking havoc wherever he goes. He's schizophrenic and experiences hallucinations and voices suggesting what he should do next. His hallucinations take the place of his pre-Corroded memories. He's not one for companionship and is a lone wolf, which is just as well since anyone that spends time around him goes insane if he doesn't kill them first. His default mood is random and can change in an instant. He hates feeling pain and he wants everyone he comes across to share in his. His dream, in his own words, is "to paint the sky red with my own two hands."

Bio Before memory loss: An orphaned street thief, Faust had nobody except the people and voices in his head to keep him company. At 17, he gained his first two powers and lost his memories and ability to feel remorse. Because his powers were being used unconsciously, his DATA Reading rapidly increased until he became Corroded within months. Both times he ascended to his new powers, the places he was living in became blanketed in a cloud of madness and no one was left sane.

If so, what is their job?: Through hard work and dedication he has risen through the ranks of ANDROMEDA to become a low ranking officer. Often times he is tasked with leading a team of agents in high risk missions. ​

Alignment: Neutral Good ​

Personality: Since losing the ability to feel pride in himself, no achievement has ever been good enough for Midas. To make up for this he joined ANDROMEDA in order to do something at least worthwhile with his abilities. Despite being an intelligent person this desire to finally prove to himself can lead to disastrous consequences as he fights battles that he can't win or shouldn't face alone. If he feels he has performed too poorly than he will fall into a brief period of despair and depression however his need to complete the mission can drive him forward to success. ​

Bio Before memory loss:​

Before losing his memory he was a thrill seeking and drunken bachelor who inherited his family fortune and had no real sense of responsibility or direction in his life. He lived the high life and was quite comfortable happy the way things were. His old life however came crashing down when his powers emerged and caused an incident which lost his fortune, however thanks to some connections he earned a chance a joining ANDROMEDA. ​

 

Name: Aurora
Gender: Female
Age: 26
Height: 5'7"
Appearance: Slender, athletic build at a height of 5'7." She has long, curly light-blonde hair. Her hair is left loose in the back, but on either side (left and ride sides of her head) her curly hair is coiled into small, spiraled buns just behind her ears. She does this out of fear her long hair will get in the way of her work.

Her flesh is pale and her facial features sharp. Arched brow sit above piercing hazel eyes. She has a strong jaw and high cheek bones and is most often wearing a serious expression. Her makeup is light: brown/gold eyeshadow and a touch of eyeliner. Her lips carry a natural shade of peachy pink.

Upon her form she wears durable full body suit in a shade of deep blue. It is padded in several areas for her protection, such as her shoulders, torso, legs and elbows. High black boots cover her feet and shins.

Type: Fallacy.

Power: Ability to control and create wind at will.

Weapon: (Do they have weapons?? IDK, but Aurora's weapon went along with her ability, so I'll include it anyway) Aurora's weapon of choice is a long bow made of an unknown metal. With her control over wind, she is able to speed up her arrows and, sometimes, control the direction in which they fly after firing them.

This bow is equipped with two blades that resemble an axe on either end. With skill, the bow can be folded together and be used as a dual-sided axe for close combat.

Sacrificed emotional trait: Rash– Behaving hastily, naively. (Does this work?? I'm embarrassed to say I went on the emotions wiki page for inspiration LMAO.)

Job title: Field sniper. Takes down targets given by those above her, or covers teammates from a distance.

Personality: Due to her lack of rashness, Aurora is a cautious individual. She is quiet and observant and easily takes and gives orders. She is serious, rarely cracking a smile unless encouraged or truly at ease. She tends to avoid verbal conflict unless it is something that could disrupt a mission. She is fiercely loyal to those she befriends. Often mumbles to herself and is considered polite.

Before memory loss: Aurora behaved brashly, often getting herself into danger. It was something that occurred after the death of her mother. It was not the death that caused her to spiral downwards, but the responsibility that came along with her death: Aurora had to take care of her younger sister, Annabel. Annabel had been a frail girl up until her late teens, often getting sick and being unable to care for herself. Such a responsibility aggravated Aurora.

It wasn't fair. She was a young woman, she should have freedom to do as she pleased! She shouldn't have to tend to her sister, who was old enough to fend for herself. She began to avoid her responsibilities, often staying out for days at a time doing whatever she felt like, staying wherever she felt like. She travelled down dangerous alleys, hitched rides with people she didn't know. She did this for several years. On one occasion, she was almost abducted, which caused her to quickly flee home to her sister.

Upon arriving home after such a traumatic event, guilt truly panged her heart. She saw the sadness, the fear and heartache in her sister's eyes. The sister she had been neglected, the sister who still loved her despite her awful behavior. They cried together that night. And it was that night that they both chose to give something up for a power to protect the other. However, neither knew what the other was doing.

Aurora gave of her rashness, hoping it would keep her close to her sister. She hoped it would make her more cautious and protective of her sister. And it would have, if she hadn't lost the memory of her sister.

Appearance: A frail, pale girl with a round face. Despite her age, she is babyfaced, meaning she looks younger than she truly is. Loose, wavy blonde hair frames her face. Her cheeks are naturally rosy, and her eyes a gray-blue shade and are surrounded by thick lashes. Her expression is usually one of innocence, though her eyes hold vacancy. She is blind.

Her hands are typically dirty and scratched due to her feeling on everything as she moves about. Her arms and legs are littered with small bruises from run-ins with unknown objects as she attempts to explore new areas. She also wears no shoes. Over her body she wears nothing that offers any protection: A dirtied teal dress that she can't remember where she obtained.

Type: Doll

Sacrifice: Eyesight

Power: Empath. She is able to sense and manipulate the emotions of others to an extent. Could be used to help "decompress" fallacies of ANDROMEDA returning from missions were she to join them. Could be used to cause Fallacies to feel fear or anger towards one another, were she to join the Corroded. Cannot manipulate the emotions that someone else has specifically given up.

Current whereabouts: Wandering areas within ANDROMEDA's reach due to the lesser danger. Drifts towards people whom she believes feel "interesting." Well, she attempts to near them– She uses her ability to sense emotions as a sort of "sight" that leads her to people.

Alignment: Chaotic neutral.

Personality: A naive and timid girl, Annabel has the unobtainable goal of saving the Corroded. She is optimistic that her abilities dealing with emotion will somehow lessen a Corroded's DATA reading. She's never tested this theory, but she can only hope. She is honest and kind, hoping that her tranquil demeanor will keep the Corroded from trying to kill her immediately. She is too thoughtful and too caring. She has a slight stutter when speaking.

Before memory loss: Annabel was a sickly girl, whose older sister, Aurora, didn't seem to care for once their mother passed. Guilt always caused Annabel's heart to hang heavy. She wished she wasn't so sickly, she wished she could care for herself. That way, perhaps Aurora would stay home more often, enjoy spending time with her. .

But this disappearance pattern of Aurora's continued on for several years. It wasn't until the older sibling (Aurora) had a great scare that Annabel finally opened up, finally showed her sister the hurt and worry she felt. She was always so worried when Aurora was gone: Was she safe? Was she in trouble? Was she hungry? Her own health was suffering, but it didn't matter. The two shared an emotional moment, a strong bond forming between one another.

That night, they would each make a 'wish' for one another– Though neither knew that the other was doing this. Neither knew they would lose their memories, either.

Annabel 'wished' for understanding. She wished to understand her sister's feelings whom constantly seemed shut off from her. She knew with such a power would also come improved health. At the cost of her eyes, she would be well. She would be able to spend time with Aurora and be able to understand her, too.

If only her memories hadn't left her.

If not, what are they doing otherwise?: He is a arms dealer in the black market and a quiet known one, he is usually refer to as "La Hiena" on the underground.

Personality:He is a Sadistic and merciless person, you are either with him or against him , he loves power and will do whatever means necessary to archive his goal.

Bio Before memory loss: Ramos was a high ranked officer on the security ministry of his country. The government was under the control of a ruthless dictator so his job was that of search and arrest dissidents and traitors.He loved his job not because he believed in the government but because he liked to hunt people and knowing that he had the power to decide if someone lived or died. Eventually when people started getting its powers and loosing its memories everything started to fell apart, and after seeing how the government collapsed and how the chaos and anarchy spread across the country he left but not before stealing some of the arsenal of the army, the original plan was to create a army and take over the country but when he got his powers and lost his memories he decide to start selling the weapons to make some money to survive.

If not, what are they doing otherwise?:He works with Ramos, he creates the weapons Ramos sell. He also research about the use of mechanical enhancements on humans and how to use it for making the powers on the users even stronger, he also researches on a way to use those enhancements to recover the lost emotions.

Alignment: Neutral.

Personality:he is a serious and calm guy, he doesn't smile much due to his lack of happiness, he doesn't see much value on human life and believe that the people who've died on his experiments are just sacrifices for a grater good, tho his nihilistic view on life is actually a effect of he loosing his happiness.

Bio Before memory loss: Kristoff was the head of a investigation group that were trying to create mechanical prosthesis to help people with some sort of disability to have a normal lives, eventually the project fell apart as the team lost its memories. After loosing his memory and his ability to feel happiness Kristoff started to search for a way to get back to its happiness, but all that effort was in vain until one day he found out about and old research of using mechanical prosthesis on people, so he decide to continue the investigation hoping that that would help him get his happiness again, the same investigation he started years before his memory lost.
