♦What's your most used Pokemon?♦

I find that every team I had past Emerald version has had a female Gardevoir in it. She's usually the Pokémon I get to level 100 first, and I finally got a shiny in Alpha Sapphire.

 

Hydreigon. Before fairy was introduced, this was my powerhouse. Heck I still love it... it's just 4x weak to fairy. Darn it.

 

Recently, I've almost always had a Crobat on my team as my Flying-type speed sweeper. I love how fast and strong it is, and once I discovered it, normal Flying-type bird Pokémon such as Staraptor and Pidgeot just weren't good enough anymore.

 

At 6th gen, I rolled with charizard. I know its overrated and stuff but I didnt chose the thug life, the thug life chose me.

And apparently I leveled him up to 100 and thats when I realized that it was adamant and had poor special attack and speed IVs, for realzies.

 

I have tons of Pokémon I've overused over the years. I think Mightyena's one of the major ones though~

 

Excluding all HM slaves, my most overused is easily Charizard.

A. It's been around since RBY. Always picked Charmander as my starter back in the day.

B. Used it a lot in the Johto games as well, but mainly a competitive ones so I could beat the Stadium games.

C. Took a hiatus when Gen III rolled around, but when I eventually went back and played LG (emulator) picked Charmander as my starter yet again, and a few more times after that. Didn't play FRLG as much as the originals, but still picked Char as my starter 90% of the time.

D. Kind of used him in gens IV and V, but not to the extent of the other gens.

E. Used him in my X playthrough so I could experience its Megas. Charizard X is one of, if not, my favorite Mega to use in the metagame today.

F. Most of all, I love using Charizard because of not only its classic, badass design, but because of how well it plays both in-game and in the metagame. It's one of the very few Pokémon from the anime that's actually as strong in the games as it appeared to be on the show. Charizard is a beast and force that will always be reckoned with. Is Charizard my favorite Pokémon? No. It's certainly up there near the top, though.

 

Since all throughout Black/White 2, X/Y, and ORAS, it's been a tie between Samurott and Altaria, easily. I honestly thought Altaria was complete trash before B/W 2, but holy hell, it had such tankiness and a move pool that allows it to do just about anything. I was stoked when it got a Mega, as well, and it's a REALLY good Mega. Samurott is my bro. Like seriously, it's a Sea Lion. With Armor. And a Helmet with a huge horn. And two Blades. And that cry? That, in my opinion, is one of the best cries in Pokémon. If it gets a Mega, I will just..... hnnnnngh.

 

My garchomp named Ivan that I've carried over game to game starting at pearl. The very first Pokémon I trained up to level 100, he's become my main powerhouse when fighting against others. Though I'm not one to train Pokémon specifically for competitive fighting(I'm way too lazy to), he's still won a few battles against competitive fighters, and stood 1v3 in a rotation battle against 3 legendary Pokémon, and won. (I'm pretty sure the person on the other side was pretty bitter about that loss, they had their mewtwo, latios and latias wiped out by one Pokémon)

Lucario is a Pokémon that I have many of because it just kinda. Squeezes its way into my team. I dunno how half of the time but it does.

 

I'm going to group them together and label them "Starters". I use them in all character playthroughs and in Nuzlockes they tend to survive for a while.

 

Hmm.. probably Raichu. It's always very reliable and speedy so I end up picking it up more often than not, especially since its evolutionary line is available in almost all main series Pokémon games (if not all of them). It's probably my biggest overall MVP when going through a game. ♥ One of my favorite Raichus that I've owned was one I nicknamed Lemon, got attached to her and the name I picked out haha.

He's very reliable, I taught him Charge Beam so he can use thunderbolt better,

 

In OR my most used 'mon is my Absol, who I named Tharja. (Why? Cause Fire Emblem: Awakening, now shuddap 'bout it!)
Her ability is Super Luck and I taught her Night Slash, Shadow Claw, Psycho Cut, and Slash (all moves with high crit rates); and I gave her a Razor Claw.
She always gets a critical hit... ALWAYS!
Her nature probably isn't the best one, she probably would have benefited more from a Jolly or Adamant nature, but she took down Steven's Mega Metagross singlehandedly- I just can't replace her!

 

Ooooh, that's difficult for me. I use a whole variance of mons in the games. Every time I start a new game, I almost never use the same Pokémon I've used before, but if anything my most overused Pokémon would probably be Lapras. When coming up with my ultimate team, Lapras was a part of it from the start, and no matter what changes it went through, Lapras stuck. It's served me well over the years, and it still continues to be an amazing member.

 

Even if I tried to use different Pokémon on each playthorugh, I always find myself using my old Weavile again and again. I guess I just can't not use it because it's a great dragon-type killer and outspeeds most of them. Ice Punch makes everything better, haha.

Another Pokémon that I always use is Hydreigon. It's my favourite Pokémon since Gen V and I've been consistently using it in each game. Wrecks everything with Draco Meteor. I have one that I raised from an egg and now it's a Lv.100 killing machine

 

In Omega ruby, I always use my Swampert during the storyline. In the post game, I use all sorts of different Pokémon.

 

If there are Ralts catchable in the wild at any point in the game, I'll more than likely leave a spot in my team open for it. I don't know whether it's Gardevoir or Gallade that I used most, probably Gardevoir, but they're both on my team very often. The same goes for Absol, by the way. Some Pokémon I just have to catch
