    Nineteen-year old Nero Hishiro has finally convinced his overprotective mother to allow him to compete in the Kalos League, so he sets off for the journey around the Region. Along the way he meets plenty of friends and Pokémon and battles a criminal syndicate who steal Pokémon in order to sell them off to black market dealers.
