    We've had Mega Evolutions. We've had Alolan forms. And now there's a new generation around the corner. What do you think we can expect from these games in terms of Pokémon variation gimmicks? You think we'll get another variation of these different Pokémon forms, or will they calm down for once?

    i honestly don't know what else. We've had transformations (mega evolutions) and super moves (z-moves), and hold items to boost their strength (like putting equipment on), so I have no idea what other sort of gimmick they could do... unless they do more with fusions? Even that sounds far-fetched to me, though
