A villainous team for each Pokemon type

Team type: Grass
They would use Pokémon like Oddish, Bellsprout, etc.
They would want to outlaw the use of HM01 "Cut", though their real motivation is to make a giant weed farm that was concealed by a barrier of cuttable trees .
The grunts would be treehuggers. The admins would be hippies. The leader would be a stoner.

Team type: Fairy
Team name: Team Fae (I'm unoriginal, okay?)
Pokémon they use: Jigglypuff, Clefairy, other Fairy-types, (Mainly pink ones) although they use fairy-ish Pokémon such as Munna as well.
Leader: Their leader is Tingle, who wants to gain appreciation by force, since everyone hates him.
...Not really. Their leader is Fae Leader Felicity, but I'm not sure what her goal would be... maybe something related to ancient mythological fairies, who were all evil and stuff. Her final team would be this (Note: You fight her for the final time between the 7th and 8th Gyms, and anything marked with a * is for Challenge Mode):

Lv. 49/51* Ability: Intimidate Item: Mawilite Moveset: Play Rough, Iron Head, Fire Fang, Crunch
Yeah, I like a good challenge in my Pokémon games, if you couldn't tell. XD I based her levels off of Cyrus's in Platinum, because that was undeniably the hardest villainous team leader in any of the games, if you ask me.

 

Team Type: Electric
Team Name: Voltage
Their Mission: Destroy all Cybugs They own the power company and want to control the flow of energy.
Pokémon: Ground and Electric types, Especially those with Volt absorb
You'd probably fight through the management, and have to stop them at several places where they were sabotaging other companies, culminating in a final battle at the Elite Four where they have cut the power and are trying to hold the world ransom. You'd beat them and then challenge the elite four.

 

Team Name: Team Dusk
Team Type: Dark
Goal/Mission: To shed all light from the World and convert all Pokémon to the dark side. (this would be the perfect time to introduce a Light type).
Appearance: All dark colors for wardrobe, mostly black. The Grunts would wear ordinary uniforms, while Admins/the Boss would wear a cape with some kind of symbol (representing Team Dusk) on the cape.
Some signature Pokémon they'd use: Sneasel, Houndour, Pawniard, Inkay, and other new Pokémon that may come out at the time.
The boss's signature Pokémon (if there's no new Pokémon) would be Malamar.

 

Team Type: Flying
Team Name: Team Tempest
Grunt Pokémon: Chatot, Rufflet, Hawlucha
Their Mission: To keep everyone off the ground, meaning no one can touch the ground and everyone lives in the sky.
Appearance: Everyone wears white. The men wear loose fitting peasant shirts and the females wear long, flowy dresses.

 

Type: Psychic

Team name: Team Insanis

Used Pokémon: Malamar, Hypno, Gothitelle, Metagross etc.

Appearance: Their outifts would be entirely white, which would strongely contrast with the general idea of an evil organization. They would have their team logo on their suits, but other than that just plain white.

Their goal: To gain control of all human beings and Pokémon in the world, by using mind-controlling powers, which they would gain from various legendary Pokémon.
