Does getting back into old hobbies count as well? I used to do photography some years back but I've stopped because there wasn't really much to take pictures of and I'd have to travel quite a bit to see anything particularly photographic. One of my goals to get back into photography though is to get a new, more modern camera that would hopefully last me more than a few years.
I took up crocheting, currently hulking under a shawl I made myself. It is a great way to keep my hands busy, while not playing all the games and just emptying my mind.
Adobe Animation! I've been wanting to make my own little videos forever, and I finally saved up enough to get the licenses
I started a bullet journal in April, and I’m still keeping up with it! It’s an awesome way for me to combine creativity and organization. Though I might start spending a lot on stationery in the next few months when I get back home... o.o
I've been trying to do more artwork! I bought myself a drawing tablet, and while I haven't drawn as much as I'd like to, I've already seen some improvement.
I started scateboarding this year, actually in March specifically. It is actually easy when you get how to do it.
I'm planning on learning how to manage my time better and keep a calendar/diary. It's about time I got more organised...
I picked up a Chinese Martial Art this year called Wushu. It really improved my flexibility. Although I'm can't actually fight someone, I am able to probably lightly kick their upper body.
uhm...I don't think there are any hobbies that I've planned on starting this year, but I've gotten back into reading and crocheting more than I used to, I'm still not good at crocheting, but I'm getting the hang of it.
Not a recent hobby, but graphic making! I've been messing around a lot more with effects and things like opacity, gradients, and layer modes and such.
