ACNL: I need help with something.

I spent the past few hours working on a new map. Had to remake all the icons from scratch(they're nothing great), but below is how I'm planning my town so far. The only thing I need help with is getting the coordinates for everything correctly. There'll be an image of my current map (one in game and one with a grid), and my planned map in the spoiler.
