Actual Flying

I don't care about the details, I'm too hyped xD

No seriously this is going to be an amazing feature and I can't wait to check it out.

 

HYPE PLANE!

Yeah, this looks exciting. I liked the Gogoat and Rhyhorn rides, but flying on a Lati@s? Too cool.

 

I honestly cannot wait for this. An easy way to get legends from other games, and a cool new (kinda) way to do it? Sign me up, man! I can't wait to see Hoenn from Lati@s view. 8D

 

Can't wait to see it, it sounds great I remember thinking that it was amazing back in Guardian Signs and it will look even more amazing in ORAS.

I love this idea, and the pictures make me even more excited. Being able to fly over Hoenn, one of my top 3 regions? I love it <33333 Catching legends in the sky seems pretty fun.
The only downside? That eon flute thing. It is suppose to be a special distribution apparently. So, how is everyone going to enjoy this, if only certain people with get the flute? Hopefully, everyone can enjoy this though <3

 

I believe the eon ticket is what you're thinking of its used to get the lati@s that isn't native to your game.

 

This is beyond exciting. I hope it's more of a you have control sorta thing, rather than the riding in Pokémon X/Y which was hyped, but was a huge sham. I KNOW you can do better Game Freak - don't let us down. Also, were Sky Battles a premonition to this?

Seriously this is probably one of the best things they could've possibly added to the already amazing Hoenn remakes! I'm so excited for this, I can't wait I really hope this turns out to be as great as I imagine it to be, but probably not xD

I'm just wondering what more they could possibly have planned for OR/AS? These games are already so much better as X&Y, and it's a month before its release! Part of me hopes that they'll hold on to some new features until the release, but on the other hand, I don't think I can handle much more :O

 

I'm not expecting flying to be too in-depth or impressive since Pokémon always has been fairly basic as far as new features were concerned but it's still something I'm excited about. Especially catching legendaries in the sky, ooo! Hopefully it's not as underwhelming as riding Pokémon was in X/Y.. really. :'( What is the Pokémon world like in the sky, I wonder? Will we run into wild flying Pokémon as we fly around?

 

I seriously can't wait for this, I loved flying in Guardian Signs, one of my favorites about the game. I am guessing they will probably have close to the same layout as GS, but more 3D-like.

 

I'm going to guess its a mini game of some sort where you get to control your flight. That would be pretty neat.

 

I'm glad it's getting the credit it deserves, it seems like it was overshadowed by the new megas at first. I've waited years for this sort of feature, and now that they're finally adding it, they've turned OR/AS from excellent in revolutionary. I don't know how they could top this game in the future.

The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is being able to catch Dialga in the sky. It has no means of flying.

 

Maybe you'll be able to fly to temporal tower, and meet Primal Dialga...? :'D

Seriously though, maybe they'll be in some sort of tower up in the sky, and that's why you reach it by flying? That'd be pretty cool.

 

Or maybe Palkia gave it a piggy back ride.

Unrelated, but I'm going to be very disappointed if Dialga doesn't get a primal form for an obvious reason.

 

I'm really excited to see how it'll be like when the actual game comes out, because it has a lot of potential! I don't think they would go too overboard for it, I personally think they'll just stick to some wild encounters in the sky, plus being able to find those spots that legendaries can be caught in. Either way, I'm really looking forward to it, it looks so awesome from what we've seen so far!

 

Now that we've been able to see how flying actually looks like in-game, I think it's safe to say that this is one of the best things ever! We still don't know everything about the flying mechanic though; for example, I would really like to know which Pokémon I could fly on! Is it going to be just Lati@s, or can I fly on any Pokémon capable of learning HM02? If it's the latter, then please give me that Golurk Another thing I wonder is where exactly you can land. If you can land in any city, wouldn't that completely replace the HM for Fly at all? If that's the case, I would be really happy

 

This honestly sounds like the coolest thing ever. I'm looking forward to going around the region because I always wanted to actually fly on Pokémon.I think this is pretty revolutionary for Pokémon as it gives such a bigger range of Pokémon you can encounter.

 

This is really exciting and all, I just wish it wasn't Mega Lati@s, I'm not a fan of their design at all... I hope you can fly on other Pokémon too (or just Latias/Latios in their regular forms...) but I kind of doubt it, knowing GameFreak ;w;

Either way, this does look super awesome, and I simply can't wait to fly over the Hoenn region <3
