Albino Pokemon.

I think it's a neat idea. Perhaps instead of a higher attack there could be a special ability that only an albino version of the Pokémon has, sort of like how some Pokémon have hidden abilities you can get through the Dreamworld. Maybe make it so the albino Pokémon have the hidden abilities so they can be obtained even without access to the Dreamworld at all. It would be a lot of extra sprites to program though, basically a third and for some species a fourth coloring.

 

This makes the Pokémon game far too complicated with new movesets, abilities, and even possibly new stats to worry about.

 

I don't see why they would have to have new movesets, just maybe hidden abilities or increased attack IVs or something. It'd be more complicated programming wise than stats wise in my opinion. Maybe a little more complicated but not far more.

 

An interesting idea, but highly unlikely.

 

I don't care less about the color of my Pokémon. If I find a Shiny, that's cool. Won't freak out about it and post pics of my brand new shiny for evidence.

 

I love the idea. It's not complicated, really. Pretty much a differently colored shiny with a different ability/different stat.

 

Sounds interesting... I'd love to see an albino Arbok, or Weezing.
Of course [being me] I'd like to see a Nidoran one as well...

I would definitely want an albino Scizor. The concept is very interesting.

 

I happen to have made two albino Weavile sprites, one for male and female.
