    2016 is looking like a good year for music (from my perspective, at least). Some albums have already been released, some are gonna be released soon, and some are still in the works.
    Are there any albums you're looking forward to this year? Or are there any already released albums you've been jamming to lately?

    As for me, I think there's only been 2 albums that's come out this year that I've been listening to.
    Those 2 would be: The Life of Pablo by Kanye West, and Dissociation by Hands Like Houses.
    Both very good albums imo, and I'd say I've listened to The Life of Pablo more.

    There are a good amount of albums I'm anticipating this year though. I'm looking forward to things from artists such as Chance the Rapper, Drake, Avenged Sevenfold, A Day to Remember, Hopsin, and a couple more. I believe Chance the Rapper's mixtape drops this month, and same for Drake's album, so you know I'm already hyped for those. :P

    Being more Kpop biased...
    Already released favorites:
    - Press It - Taemin; It has a more sensual feel to it, but it is an absolutely amazing album.
    - Colored - Jun Hyo Seong; Her voice is stunning. Each song has a different feel to it. You have more upbeat songs like the title track, but then you have a more low-key kind of song which you can relax with.
    - Brand New Days - Apink (Japanese Release); if you want a fun and bubbly album, Apink's Brand New Days is perfect for you. It's very light and is just great for the days you just want to feel happy.
    - Blooming Period - Block B; compared to their more funky albums in the past, Blooming Period is a very calm and relaxing album. It shows off more of their beautiful vocals as compared to more rap-based.
    - Seoulite - LEE HI; Lee Hi never fails to impress me. Her gorgeous voice makes the entire album shine. The more laidback hiphop is totally my style.

    Albums I'm Anticipating:
    - Spotlight - UP10TION; This group is one of the rookie groups last year that caught my attention. They've shown both their more playful and more dangerous sides in their past albums, so I'm really looking forward to seeing their concept this time.
    - Page Two - TWICE; Another rookie group that caught my attention last year. However, this group was not at all on my list of favorites at all. I just want to hear their next album because I want to see what all the hype about them is. I want to see if they are worth looking into or be just another one hit wonder.
    - Dream - Eunji (Apink); Eunji really brings out the emotions in a song. This girl can sing, and I'm so excited that multiple, full songs of just her singing will be coming out.

    Any year that The Cat Empire drops a new album I get incredibly hyped. On top of that we have a new album by Hilltop Hoods this year. I honestly, all I'd need this year is for something by Arctic Monkeys to come out of the woodwork and gods would I be happy. Sorry this was so underwhelming of a post, but my other three favourite artists (OMaM, Asgeir and Thirsty Merc) all released albums last year.
