What do you want for Christmas this year? Think you'll get it? Do you generally know what you're going to get for Christmas, or are your presents always a surprise?
What do I want for Christmas...I don't think I remember the last time I actually thought about this. Uh, I guess I want the Yooka-Laylee game on the Switch. My parents have made it perfectly clear to all of us that they're buying a Nintendo Switch for Christmas (they had always been planning on getting it, but they made a deal with my brother that they would definitely get it if he learned how to play the song 'Linus and Lucy' on the piano, and man that kid is rocking it). So that's not a surprise, but most everything else will be. I'll definitely be more surprised this year than I was these past two years, because I didn't go Black Friday shopping with my parents (I was seriously not in the mood for crowds that day).
I'm not really sure what I want. I guess money for clothes. A friend of mine is buying me overwatch due to a sale (I only know bc she wanted to make sure I actually wanted it and what system I can play)
I really want Ultra Moon for Christmas because I haven’t played and I really want to play... I might have to buy it for myself though
I'd love to get a Switch for Christmas. I still haven't been able to afford one, so I told my mom that I'll use the money I get for Christmas this year to get one. Could be that my parents decide to buy it for me, otherwise I'll just buy it myself. I'm fine with it either way ^.^.
I know what I want, but I never ask for it haha. I prefer buying my own things usually, so others don't have to spend on me. Will probably get money this year as always but that is more than enough! Especially with how much I've spent recently. aaa =s
My dad is very well aware of Nintendo Switch. Just this morning I checked and told him what it was priced in store. However I'm unsure if he'll actually get it or not, Christmas isn't really his thing (nor many other holidays) so he doesn't really bother with it. He does give me some gifts, but they're usually things needed (such as clothes, shoes, or, in one case- a slow cooker). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I actually got a good chunk of my gifts already, we're pretty lax here. Got a new PC, headphones, a cute Eevee keychain and a new phone case.
I got that for my brother got that last christmas, and we played a round that started with I think eleven people. It is perhaps the best non-video game ever made if you have enough people to start. Just makes sure that if you end up slamming both palms on the table and shouting "NO! F**K YOU!" you be sure to say you didn't truly mean it and hug afterwards. Highly recommended. I, uh, I actually have nothing I really want, because I'm rapidly becoming a boring adult. Last christmas all I wanted was "to be able to sleep through the night at least once this year", and didn't get it. That problem's fixed now, so I can't ask for the same thing. I guess I could go for new tires on my car? That's kind of expensive. How about a jar of Nutella? Perhaps a new $10 pillow, my current one's getting flat. Or a new baking sheet for me to make cookies without bothering with parchment paper? Hey, that's actually a good idea.
All I wanted for Christmas was Darksiders III (well actually I want it NOW, but I suppose I have to leave some games I want so people can satisfy themselves and get them for me as presents) and I have that, so I'm content. I know 90% of the presents I'm going to get because people always ask me what I want. Sometimes I'll make an Amazon wishlist and just tell them to surprise me, but even with that I have a fair idea. Mother always buys me some random things that she thinks I'll like, and sometimes my grandparents do as well, but most of my presents I know well in advance. I actually prefer it this way, because it helps me manage my own finances...if I know I'm getting it, I don't have to buy it.
