Nintendo All Rare, Ltd. titles and Goldeneye 007 no longer available on the Nintendo Switch Online successor?

Hey, I'm just wanting to know what if original Nintendo 64 version of Goldeneye 007 and all Rare, Ltd. titles like Banjo-Kazooie from Nintendo Switch Online are no longer available on the Nintendo Switch Online successor due to licensing issues of Goldeneye 007 from I/O Interactive and also due to Microsoft having already acquired the own rights to the following Rare, Ltd. titles except for Donkey Kong games and Star Fox Adventures? What do you think might happen? Please let me know, thanks.
