Have you already tried the suggested checkdisk command?

If not, here's how you do it: Open command prompt (PowerShell is fine too) as administrator, then type "chkdsk C: /F" without the quotes. You should see something along the lines of "Cannot lock current drive." Just press Y and Enter. Your computer will restart and perform the scheduled action. It can take a while, though. If this doesn't fix it, just come right back for more help.

I'm fairly certain that almost every single person on this site does not know how to help you with this problem because this is a Pokémon forum. If you'd asked how to build a competitive team, well then you'd certainly be in the right place. As it is though, I'm not sure how much help you're actually expecting to receive.
