Can you please include the full error description?

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you already tried the suggested checkdisk command?

If not, here's how you do it: Open command prompt (PowerShell is fine too) as administrator, then type "chkdsk C: /F" without the quotes. You should see something along the lines of "Cannot lock current drive." Just press Y and Enter. Your computer will restart and perform the scheduled action. It can take a while, though. If this doesn't fix it, just come right back for more help.

Look, I know I'd be glad to help you and all if I knew what to do to help, and I'm sure many other members of the site feel that way. But dude, this isn't a technical forum. This is a Pokémon forum. I'm fairly certain that almost every single person on this site does not know how to help you with this problem because this is a Pokémon forum. If you'd asked how to build a competitive team, well then you'd certainly be in the right place. As it is though, I'm not sure how much help you're actually expecting to receive.

There are many technical forums out there that are far more well-suited to assist you with your problem. I recommend going there to get the help you need, and then coming back when you're done to hang out and have some fun.

One more guide below must assist you in usual .dbx corruption, in case you have severe corruption see following resources with many various solutions
https://www.repairtoolbox.com/outlookexpressrepair.html Outlook Express Repair Toolbox - paid, but tested many users, and many reviews says that this software is quite good

The recovery of the information that was lost was done with the help of the following steps:

-The list of newsgroups from each news account is re-downloaded
-Subscribed newsgroups are reset and the messages are again downloaded
-IMAP's and the newsgroup folder's synchronization options are reset
-The message rules are edited, that are capable of moving and copying of messages to the folders, other than the Inbox
-The mail folder hierarchy is recreated with the dragging of the folders into place in the Folders list. The folders list will not contain the folders, which are created for the grouping of sub-folders and which do not contain messages. These folders are to be created again.
