Alright. I've been trying to make an animated userbar, and this is what I've gotten so far.

I made this using Adobe Flash. Looks kinda blurry compared to the ones from the GFX shop, not to mention the white pixels. Could someone help me fix this? Please?

I used Adobe Fireworks to make my animated userbar. Do you have Fireworks? The Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't offer Fireworks any more, so a copy from a software package will be your best bet to get one. If not, there are plenty of boot-leggers out there.

What I do to make userbars in Fireworks is open up the static bar and increase the canvas height to fit a Pokémon sprite. I then import the animated sprite and place it in the right spot. Frames of a gif are stored in states in Fireworks, and it allows you to highlight all the states with onion skinning so you can manipulate and move all the frames of the animated gif at once (if you just select the frame you see and move it, the rest of the frames will still be where they were).

Alternatively I could put it together for you.

Ah... If I can get a version of Fireworks, I'll be sure to try it out.

Okay... I've gotten Fireworks and I've made the animation work. Now, how do I save it so it works? I've tried multiple different combinations of things, and it either saves it as a static image or saves one frame fine, then messes with the rest of the frames.

^I take that back. Figured it out on my own. Requesting this to be locked now.
