    How many of you guys are physically active? What kind of sport or activity do you do? Or maybe activity isn't so much of your thing and you loaf around a lot (shame shame shame)?

    I do kickboxing four times a week but am slowly trying to get accustomed to going five times. Always hard on a Saturday, especially since it means I need to be up early. It's very tiring but I always feel great afterwards. ^_^

    I don't go to a dojo anyone, but I practice taekwondo and lift some weights in my free time. I'm fairly active, but I can't do too much strenuous activity due to a couple old injuries (ex: I can't run for long distances because of a knee injury that makes my knee give out if I put too much strain on it).

    I take walks. Just lazy ones around the neighborhood. Sometimes I jog during them too. It's easy, but it's still exercise and I feel nice after I do them. c:

    It's also nice because I have a shallow patella and my left knee has a history of shifting. So it's not strenuous either.

    I try to take multiple walks around my campus every day. I attempt to aim for at least 10,000 steps, which is not too hard to do when you have a decently sized campus (even if it's not the biggest college campus) and more than a few roads that branch from it.

    Before I hit rock bottom with my mood I ran 6 days a week, lifted weights and did core exercises to strengthen and loosen up my stiff muscle. I'm trying to get into it again since I really need to but is really hard when you don't feel well.

    I used to be much more active with cross country and track training and marching band, but other than twice-a-week running classes that end next week and the occasional pep band march, usually the only exercise I get is riding my bike through campus and town and some occasional sporting outages, like intramural soccer and last night's football game.

    I take PE? haha. But I'm always dancing somehow, so that's my physically activity. Dancing everywhere moving my feet to the beat, dancing in the rain, composition, lots of movement.

    I used to do Karate until I messed up my back. I do horse back riding when I get the time but I haven't had much lately, sadly. So I'm not as physically active as I'd like to be. My schedule at work is spontaneous at times so I may get called in at the last minute, which makes planning for myself hard :/

    I frequently take my dogs out for walks.
    At school, during PE classes, I did some duck-pin bowling (at some place) and softball out in the field.
    It was pretty fun. Though my batting is weak, I was always hit the ball.

    I dislike most sports so I don't waste my time with those (used to play basketball when I was little, but not anymore); I did try going to the gym to lose weight during the summer, but since returning to school I haven't had the chance to work out :c However, I do take short walks around campus every now and then.

    I play volleyball so that keeps me in shape, but during the off season I try to go on a bike ride every night once it gets cool. I'm in just okay shape right now, but I'm hoping I'll get better once I actually start following my exercise schedule. :sweat:

    I hate to say it, but I am incredibly out of shape. I'm not like...overweight or anything but I'm just kinda unhealthy, haha. I should get out more! No gyms though. Gyms are boring to me.

    Well with Cross Country season and all the running I do outside of it (45-55 miles a week) I'm always running. xD I'm actually really good at it and enjoy it so much! Outside of distance running, I don't really do other types of exercise. I am not much of a person who likes to lift weights, nor do I need too. I just love doing cardio based exercise, and get such a thrill with it. I actually used to be extremely addicted to running, basically to the point in which I'd run up to 80 miles a week, I ran phenomenal race times as well, but it really took its toll on my body and I had to learn how to relax and find balance between exercise and leisure, thus my time on the internet. So yeah, nowadays I still run a lot, but I still relax as well to keep balance. :)

    I'm not an active person. I take walks and occasionally do yoga on my own for exercise. I would love to become more active, but it's always so painful getting into a new exercise routine, and I have the hardest time getting to the point where it's not painful anymore, heh.

    I go to school. Seriously, that's enough for me. I live a small 15 kilometers away from school, meaning that I travel slightly less as 30 km per day, 5 days a week. That's 150 kilometers every single week... Damn, that's actually quite a lot O_O
