Are you right or left-handed?

I learned to write with my right hand, but I consider myself ambidextrous in other things. I actually prefer to use my left hand since it twitches less than my right hand, but the world seems built for right handed people so I just go with it.

 

Ambidedextreous. Like all my siblings I write and draw with right hand but if i play games like baseball or ice hockey, i prefer left hand. Genes are awesome

 

I'm left handed for the most part. I have discovered that I'm right handed when it comes to some sports like basketball or volleyball (both of which I played for one year only). But everything else; writing, eating, etc, I do left handed. And yes I have run into problems with being left handed most notably back in elementary school where left handed scissors are few and far between (I couldn't cut paper back then to save my life) and I had to have the teacher aid in my class teach me to write while my teacher taught the rest of the class how to do it right handed. Its also a pain that my hand gets dirty when i write or draw with a pencil. But I really do enjoy being left handed and knowing that I'm a bit more unique. And its kind of funny how some of my friends don't notice I'm left handed for quite some time (it took my best friend 2 years to notice)

 

I'm right handed. However, I was trained that way since I was originally left handed. my parents thought that being left handed would be a disadvantage so they scolded me a lot for writing with my left hand. Thus, I began using my right hand a lot more and now my left hand is completely useless.

 

I'm predominantly right-handed, but I prefer to consider myself slightly ambidextrous. I do most activities with my right hand and can do some of them with my left hand with a lesser degree of accuracy and speed such as eating with a spoon, brushing my teeth, writing (really slowly and messy), etc. Oh, and I also play the piano which requires the precise coordination of both hands, so that can be counted.

 

I am right handed, my left hand can be used for certain things if I choose to use it, but I simply prefer my right hand because it is my dominant hand.

 

I'm right handed. However, sometimes I do try to write with my left hand for fun and it occasionally turns out neater than my normal writing.

 

I'm left handed and it doesn't cause me to much problem... Although I use my left hand so much that my right hand is completely worthless xD

 

I'm left-handed, which usually doesn't cause me too much trouble. I do think that it might play a role in the cause of my terrible handwriting, but I guess it can't be helped.

 

I'm right-handed, and almost completely RH dominant- there's very little my left hand can do that's better or even as good as my left. I do play Guitar Hero and Rock Band left-handed though.

 

I'm right-handed, though I'm teaching my left hand how to write haha! I found a way to hold my pencil so it works better.

My left hand works better for carrying stuff, and not just because it leaves my right hand free. It feels more natural sometimes to hold things in my left hand/on my left arm.

Also my left thumb can do the game controller thing.

I'm a lefty; a tutor tried to get me to use my right hand to write but I refused to do so :V However, I've noticed in a lot of sports or other activities that require the use of one or both hands, I tend to lean toward using my right hand as the dominant hand.

 

Ambidextrous, I can use both hands for a varity of acctions since I was little. I tend to favor my right hand for writing while I use my left for carrying and opening doors and pushing.

 

It's really strange. I'm right handed and am actually the odd one out of my family. All my family that I lived with growing up was left-handed. I was the only right handed member.

I only do one thing left -handed and that's brush my teeth. I don't know why but that just seems to come more naturally then using my dominant hand.

 

I'm a lefty and I'm proud! My right hand still gets used for Holding my phone, or my watch.

Never experienced any disadvantages (Until that right-handed guy comes along and sits to my left. ELBOW WARS!).

 

Oh my gosh those are the worst! I always had this problem in my family!

 

You know, it kinda surprised me that there are so many left handed people, it seems uncommon. I am also left handed.

 

I'm just right handed, my left hand is pretty useless hehe. Especially when writing, but with most other things too, it's just so awkwardly weak.
