Redrawing old art is such a good way to see how much you've improved. Have any of you ever redrawn any old pieces? How much do you think you've improved? I shared a few pieces on discord earlier tonight and I've definitely improved. I'm just not where I wanna be with art. Remember, even if you can't tell you've improved you most certainly will be able to if you redraw old art. Inspired by @Arod ig

I have 2 redraws! But one's a few years old now and I could probably do another redraw of it. Actually I might just do that?? But anyway! I wanted to redraw this pic of my OCs Kali and Asher being all cute and siblingly but the first pic's colours and composition was ehhhh so it changed quite a bit. I think I deleted the first pic from dA so I dont have a bigger version. Also here's the older redraw that I'll re-redraw. Spoiler It's 2 more of my OCs, Jessie (ginger) and Zeek playing games together. This one was 2015 and this one was 2016 or 2017 The newer one better shows their friendship I think?? Also what even are those hands in the first one???????? You should post your ones here too Hawks!!
The old ones definitely took so digging to find. I don’t have the files on my computer anymore I don’t think. Spoiler Spoiler I’m not too sure about the timeframe the old ones were drawn in. But they were all sometime this year or late last year.

Spoiler also a redraw of art from when I was 13(?) because MMMMMMMM look at that improvement!! me and my sister were backlogging through our old art and she said these two pieces look like they weren't made from the same artist that's how drastically my style has changed fnqiofqwofilqw Spoiler this one isn't a proper redraw since it wasn't the intent but they look really similar so why the hell not April 2018... About August 2018!! my style has changed yet again after this pic so it's a bit dated but take it for what it's worth random comment: whenever you feel sad about your art style try a redraw!! doing these redraws have made me realize how much my art has improved between pieces despite feeling like it hasn't. looking at old art is Gross but honestly once you see how much you've grown it makes you so happy!!
