I never thought Pokémon would be so hard to draw, lol. I wanted Dawn to look rather badass with her now tough and evolved Pokémon.

Your art is most certainly cute and I love your chibi style. uwu
My advice would be to play around with layers because I'm noticing some shading overlaps and it doesn't make the picture look clean. What I would do is have the lineart above the coloring and when you color under the lines, they will not interfere with your linework and just make sure you clean up any excess coloring that passes through the lines. Also, pay attention to line overlaps as they make your work relatively sloppy. So if you see a line crossing another, take the time to clean it up.
