For each post you make, you can get a small bit of points *don't spam*, Along with that. Every day you log on , you get some points which is totally random. Along with that, opening a market is an effective way to get them as well. Also, I learned. When trying to catch Pokémon, don't rapidly click, click *pause for a sec* click *pause for a sec* as LV takes some time to load the result of the catch, and you'd be wasting your pokeballs if you used them during a load .
