Hey! Hope you're having a nice time on the site so far! 1. What's your favourite video game? 2. If you could go anywhere, where would it be? 3. Favourite food?
Sup~ I'm quite enjoying it thanks for asking~ 1. My favourite video game......I'd have to divide it into Pokémon and non-Pokémon: Pokémon: everything in Gen 5 Non-Pokémon: I am so tempted to put Zelda BOTW because I really am enjoying this game, and because I only got back into non-Pokémon gaming with my Switch Christmas present ^^' 2. At the moment I really really wish I was in my new apartment already...........get me out of the suburbs! Now! 3. One of my favourite foods is apple turnovers fresh from the bakery!
Things? (You wanted me to ask you "things") Favorite ice type Pokémon? Are you good at cooking? If so, what are you best at cooking? Will you be getting Sword, Shield, both, or neither as of now? What would you do for a Klondike bar?
LOL the first one might as well be Things haha My favourite Ice type..........this is hard.........I'm gonna have to go with Glaceon even though Vanilluxe is a close 2nd. I am rather average at cooking, because I haven't cooked anything often since I started college. I think the best thing I've cooked in the past year has to be salmon steak lol I will be getting Sword! I cannot afford the double pack lol I would give you all the money you need to buy a Klondike bar for me lol Emboar is my favourite Pokémon because Tepig is my favourite Unovan starter, and because everyone likes to assign Tepig to the MC when writing BW or B2W2 based fics, which made such fics even more fun to read! Also I may or may not have an attachment to Fire/Fighting combinations.
So my favourite generations are 4 and 5. There's one reason why I like them both -- I grew up with the games in both generations, but mostly gen 4. I even remember being given a Japanese copy of Pokémon Platinum for my 9th birthday. I would beg my parents to let me watch Diamond and Pearl episodes on TV rather than on DVD too. Heck I even remember being hyped for HGSS' release in the States AND catching a marathon of the first few Best Wishes episodes on TV. But when I take out the nostalgia factor, when it comes down to picking one of the two I like more, it would have to be Gen 5 I like the most. I think it was around when I discovered fanfiction and started loving the hell out of every character in the game that I realised, hey, I love Gen 5 wholeheartedly no matter what people might say about any aspect of the games, the region, the Pokémon, the characters, the plot, anything.
Hmm I'm going to be honest here, most of the new designs are great + the new moves and abilities look incredibly useful and fun but there is one specific new Pokémon that I haven't grown to love yet, and that is Drednaw.......I'm sorry but I keep thinking of Digimon designs when I look at it .....
Good question! After I move into my new room this week, I'm going to focus on getting an on-campus job and preparing for my next trip back to Hong Kong.....which unfortunately is this winter :") Other than that I don't really have a lot of plans other than trying to meet up with all of my friends before the fall semester starts in 6 weeks from today!
Yes I do, I watch quite a lot, though I am very picky recently because I am an avid follower of the Japanese VA industry and often times I pick out a newly airing anime to watch based on cast alone. Most recently I have finished the anime Sarazanmai. Some other recent anime I have watched but have not caught up on yet are Demon Slayer, Kono Oto Tomare, Fruits Basket 2019, and Carole & Tuesday. For the new summer season, the anime I am most excited to start is Given! I am also planning to binge some older anime this summer as well -- Mawaru Penguindrum, and a rewatch of Code Geass.
