Yes I have, I gained quite a few shiny Pokémon in a variety of different ways. My first shiny was a Zubat in Soul Silver which I foolishly put onto my Pokewalker then lost it..... Since then I've bread a few including Trapinch, Furret and treecko. I've somehow managed to get three shiny Aaron without even trying to get one and I've gained quite a few from wonder trade (Which probably aren't all legal) including Shaymin, Luvdisc and Snorlax
