I have no idea how many of you are going to ask me a question, but it's worth taking a shot. XD

 

The Remastered soundtrack found on Cave Story+/3D! The guy who made the music for Super Meat Boy used the original music and beefed it up a lot.

But seriously, I pretty much love the entire soundtrack; one of the very few video game soundtracks that I actually have on my iPhone XP (planning on getting Katamari Damacy and it's sequel, Persona 4, and all of Hideki Naganuma's music on there) : P

 

It's not that I don't like chiptune music, but it kinda contributes to the fact that the first time I played Cave Story was + on Steam (thanks to this huge bundle that Valve did during Christmas 2011; got a TON of games form that!), and the default soundtrack in that version is the remastered soundtrack; the neat part though is that you can switch soundtracks at any time. since the remastered version is essentially the same as the original sountrack, but beefed up, I like them both equally. The "New" soundtrack though blows chunks, which I believe everyone agrees on. XD

I don't know if they really count as "Chiptune", but I really love Earthbound and Chrono Trigger's soundtracks, though.
