Assassins Creed Discussion

I discovered the first Assassin's Creed thanks to my brother. I was at his place and he showed me the game, I immediately loved the concept. I developed a certain addiction for the commercial songs (Massive Attack, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Imagine Dragons etc.). Ezio is also my favorite, I cried when I watched the Asassin's Creed Ember ending, as I cried when I saw the 3 ending. I think the games with Desmond were the best, since the storyline turned arround him, and his fight for save the world. Now that there's no main protagonist anymore, the game outside of the Animus became a bit insipid on my opinion. Black Flag is the only one I didn't play, and I think I'll never since I explored Rogue and had my boat adventure stuff and all.
I was sceptical about Unity, but playing the game made all my doubts gone. It doesn't really bother me that Ubisoft release a game every year, I understand studios work in relay together, even if I have to admit money becam the main purpose last years. I'm curious to see what Victory will bring to the series, I'm not a big fan of the victorian period, but the assassin thing will convince me, I'm pretty sure. xD

I have several best moments, Ezio and his brother on the rooftops at the beginnig of the 2 (the music is magic) and his ceremony with all other assassins. Concerning the movie, I hope they won't fail this, it's a tender point for the fans, and the series really need something good actually.

 

My friend recommended Brotherhood to me, so I bought it on Steam during a sale, and I totally enjoyed it! I'd love to pick it up on my PS3 or Xbox one day, as my Steam games accidentally got wiped once. I've played a bit of Black Flag as well, and it was pretty fun, but Brotherhood still takes my #1 spot.

 

Ahhh I love Assassin's Creed! It's one of my favorite series as well. However, I never completed I and II because I got too bored with them However, I adored III and Black Flag! While I love the map and extra activities of Black Flag, III is my favorite. I fell in love with the story, and Connor is definitely my favorite assassin. I've even role played as him before!

As for favorite moments, gosh, I don't know! I'm not sure on best moments, but I did enjoy playing as Connor as a child in III. It was fun to watch him grow up and attempt to learn from Achilles.

Did anyone play Rogue or Unity? I heard Unity wasn't that great, and I've played a bit of Rogue myself, but haven't come close to completing it. I've just been bored with it

 

I have recently purchased I and II. From what I have played the first one is very good . I like Altair's character the best out of all the game characters.

With Syndicate coming out it makes me want to buy an Xbox One, as the trailers I have seen are very good

 

Love this. One of the few 'yearly' games I enjoy. A pity they took a bit of a wobble with Unity's release last year, but I plan to buy it and Syndicate around Christmas time if I have the money.

Fave games so far are Rogue and Black Flag. I like the American trilogy thanks to Rogue and the way it cleared up some plotpoints and mistakes that III made in thrusting an all-amusing gamer into brand-new territory with little context. Ezio's tale was good too though, and that Embers story still gets me in the feeeeels. </3

I wanna get the Heritage collection, too. The AC game I didn't like was Revelations...anddd the first one, a bit. Such a grind and very repetitive too.

 

For the assassinations I never seem to have the subtle grace to get it done silently, I always end up in a big fight.
