Assembling 'Your' Avengers Team!

(Hmm, I thought I had this auto-saved, and a lot of animes recently are adapted from light novels or those weird visual novels or whatever they are. Stiens;Gate and most things by Key are the latter and SAO and Log Horizon are the former. I think you should change the thing to anything not adapted into an anime is not allowed.)

Madoka Kaname, Lelouch vi Britannia, Rin Okumura, Tsumiki Miniwa, Yuzuru Otonashi

Reasoning:
Madoka Kaname (Puella Magi Madoka Magica)
The sort of "heart" of the team. She is the person who calms down any disputes that the team has and makes sure everyone has a clear head when they go into battle. While she is not always up for a fight, she is also a formidable foe when she uses her kami-powers and he bow and arrow (there is always an archer )

Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion)
The strategist of the group. He plans out attacks on enemies and ensures that everyone executes his plans to full success, mostly by calling out attack patterns and counter-attacks that are likely to help the tea win. However, he doesn't trust anyone and often starts team infighting.

Rin Okumura (Blue Exorcist)
Rin is the balanced fighter who is an extremely reliable. With the powers of Satan, he is able to destroy demons and other threats. However, his temper is also fairly short and he often will either increase any problems that Lelouch started or go on a rampage that the team need to stop.

Tsumiki Miniwa (Acchi Kocchi)
Tsumiki is... the unreliable one. She will often hang around as seemingly extra in the group. However, under the right circumstances, she can become a whirling ball of destruction that not even Madoka can control. Make sure you don't mention Io Otonashi at all around her and you should be safe.

Yuzuru Oronashi (Angel Beats... )
Yuzuru is the team leader. While Madoka can help the team calm down when argument has sparked or Lelouch plans and calls attacks, he is the person who has the right amount of charisma that everyone listens to him and just enough so that people on't think he is a self righteous prick. He is able to interpret plans to his teammates and has a code of morality that allows them not to be seen as criminals and as heroes instead.
