" The world is ending. You must create a new one.
A horrifying dream draws you into an amazing journey.
Use the Book of Prophecy to record and alter everything you encounter.
Control the strength of your weapons and foes.
Gather information and use it to write the story of a new world. "

I recently finished a new game that I had tried previously but gotten completely stuck with. This time around went much better and I finally hit the end, clocking in at just under 24 hours of play. I haven't 100% completed it by any means and the Book of Prophecy is nowhere near full in my current file, that's something I'll attempt another time.

I really enjoyed the game, despite some aspects getting tedious at times. Turning page after page looking for specific codes didn't bother me too much though, which I'd say is a testament to the game as a whole. The tedium became less tedious because I was so absorbed in the game as a whole. That's not to suggest that it's perfect at all, the game gets incredibly repetitive at times.

I've noticed that there aren't very many fans of the game after quick perusals and I'm hoping that it's just me missing where the action is at. Is anyone else here on LV a fan of Avalon Code, or have you played it at all? If yes, what did you like and dislike about the game? Do you have a favourite hero/heroine?
